2 TOURS & ACTIVITIES PARTIAL TRANSIT Price: USD$ % ITBMS Include: Private Trasnportation Guide Lunch and snacks Botee of water Our tour starts at the Flamenco Resort and Marina at 9:30 a.m. Passengers board motor coaches for a 45 minute ride to the town of Gamboa where the Panama Canal Dredging Division is located. Once in Gamboa, passengers board the Pacific Queen to start the water portion of the tour. We enter the canal at the north end of the Gailard cut, where the Chagres River flows into the canal. The Gaillard Cut (also known as Culebra Cut because its curves resemble a snake) is one of the main points of interest for visitors because it was carved through the Continental Divide and this section of the Canal is full of history and geological value. The Pacific Queen will travel the Cut's 13.7 kilometers on the way to Pedro Miguel Locks. As you transit the Cut you will be able to appreciate the continuous maintenance that this area requires, because it is very susceptible to landslides. In this area you will also be able to observe the work in process for the Panama Canal expansion project. Before reaching the Pedro Miguel Locks at the southern end of the Cut, you will be able to view the new Centennial Bridge which crosses over the Canal. Next, the Pacific Queen will enter Pedro Miguel Locks, which is one of the two sets of locks on the Pacific side, and here the vessel is lowered 9 meters in one step. You will then enter Miraflores Lake, which is a small artificial body of fresh water that separates Pedro Miguel from Miraflores Locks, the latter being the final set of locks before reaching the Pacific Ocean. At Miraflores Locks the vessel is lowered 18 meters in two distinct steps. Once in the Pacific Ocean the vessel will sail to the beautiful Flamenco Marina where passengers disembark. On the way to Flamenco, you will pass under the Bridge of the Americas, and later, you will be able to admire the Bay of Panama and Panama City's splendorous skyline.

Once there, we will be taking a boat tour through the Panama Canal into secret waterways to find hidden islands where Capuchin and Howler monkeys can be seen leaping in the trees above. Occasionally, they become curious of visitors and venture down to take a closer look. This Panama Canal tour provides a unique opportunity for viewing wild monkeys in their natural habitat. Other animals you might spot on this tour includes Two and Three-toed Sloths, Crocodiles, and turtles that are native to Gatun Lake. The boat ride to and from the island passes through the Panama Canal, giving you the chance to spot huge container ships during their passage across the world. After this tour you will experience the verdant rainforest of Gamboa from within, ascending some 280 feet from the shadowy forest floor, through the dense undergrowth and up to the sun drenched canopy with its thousand shades of green that are only interrupted by the

4 vibrant colours of flowering trees. Colourful birds and butterflies are abundant here, and you might also encounter sloth or white-faced capuchin monkeys and hear the howler monkey cry out in the distance. Once at the top, you will have the opportunity to climb our observation tower (also accessible for wheelchairs) from where you will have uninterrupted views of the vast rainforest of Soberania National Park while at the same time watch the giant cargo ships manoeuvre through the Galliard Cut (the narrowest part of the Panama Canal). Throughout this adventure in the jungle our well trained guides will be at hand to explain and enhance your encounters. EL VALLE DE ANTON & CANOPY ADVENTURE TOUR Duration: 8.0 hours including transfer time USD$ % tax per person (minimum of 2 pax) Includes: Transportation, English- Speaking historical and naturalist tour guide, Entrance Fee to main attractions (Chorro el Macho, Nispero Zoo and Hot Springs) Equipment for the Canopy Tour, lunch at a local restaurant, bottle of water Two hours drive through the rural villages and rolling green hills west of Panama City is the picturesque town of El Valle, nestled in the crater of a giant extinct volcano. We will visit beautiful waterfalls framed by dense jungle in Chorro El Macho, marvel at the abundance of native tropical animals, birds and flora at the Níspero Botanical Gardens & Zoo and try to solve the riddle of the pre-columbian petro glyphs at La Piedra Pintada, which to this date no archeologist has been able to explain. The Chorro Macho Trail is an easy, short loop across several bridges and through some spectacular mature rainforest. The beautiful and impressive Chorro Macho waterfall is a major attraction on this trail, so don't forget your camera! This trail also departs from the entrance to the Canopy Adventure, but diverges to the right after the first suspension bridge. It quickly heads away from the stream and begins winding up the hill toward the first platform for the adventure, 0.84 kilometer (0.5 mile) away. You would enjoy a total of 4 platforms during the tour. After the Canopy Tour, enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant, and last, but by no means least, a visit to the famed Sunday handicraft market to which the Indigenous artisans bring their wares.

Your guide will pick you up at the Lobby of the Hotel where you are staying. After undertaking our bus, we will travel for 2 hours until we arrive to our Peaceful Atlantic Coast (Colón). Inside the Garden Beach (Playa Huerta) you will see the white sand surrounded by two walls of reef that extend since 25 feet of depth. This beach is located against Drake Island, a very popular spot for diving. Because of the difference of 2 tides, The Atlantic maintains the same depth during all day and this is more comfortable for the people with little experience of snorkeling. We return from Garden Beach (Playa La Huerta) to Scuba Portobelo. Once the boat docked in the spring, we will be able to have a freshwater bath. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a delicious lunch in our small native food restaurant, in which you will be able to choose among one of the different options of our menu.
