The Jamuna and Ganges-Padma river systems are in rising trend while the Surma-Kushiyara Rivers are in falling trend. The Brahmaputra-Jamuna may likely to start falling in next 24 hours which may continue upto next 72 hours. The Ganges-Padma river systems may likely to continue rising in next 48 hours. The Surma-Kushiyara Rivers may likely to continue falling in next 24 hours. Flood Situation may likely to deteriorate slightly during in next 24 hours in some parts of low lands adjacent to Brahmaputra and Jamuna Rivers at Gaibandha, Jamalpur, Bogra, Serajganj districts which is expected to start improving in the next 48 hours. Flood Situation in some parts of low lands adjacent to Ganges-Padma rivers at Rajbari, Manikganj, Munshiganj and Shariotpur districts may likely to continue deteriorating in next 48 hours. Flood situation in Dharla river at Kurigram and Surma river at Sunamganj districts may likely to continue improving in next 24 hours.
