4 Typhoon No.18 in 2013 For the first time, Emergency weather warning for heavy rainfall announced in Yodo River Basin and 180,000 people received evacuation advisories. Typhoon No.18 in Sep Total Rainfall Lowest pressure 960hpa (36hours 3:00, 15 th 15:00, 16 th ) Highest winds 35m/s (162km/h) Rainfall Rader at 05:00 16 th Sep. 5 Hiyoshi Dam retaining flood water that exceeded the SWL Hiyoshi Dam reduced the discharge of 1,540m 3 /s against the maximum inflow of 1,690m 3 /s. After that, to prevent overtopping, added discharge according to actual downstream condition. 9 Flood Fighting Activities by People Water Depth of Overflow was within 20cm. This condition meets the diligent activities of Municipal Flood Fighting organization and the Self Defense Force. This water level was the Outcome of Coordinated Operation of 7dams.
