16 The Outcome of the Coordination (NGO/NPO + Govt.) <The past main issues and concrete results> Feeding Regularly conducts trilateral meetings in Ishinomaki and serves around 30,000 meals in cooperation with administration, SDF and NPO. (as of late April) Clarifying the role allotment between SDF and NPO in Kesennuma, SDF provides the principal foods like rice and miso soup and NPO mainly provides the side dishes on the devastated areas. Emergency temporary Shelter To provide around 23,000 starters kit (NFI) to the temporary houses in 11 cities and towns in Miyagi prefecture. (similar arrangement was done in Iwate and Fukushima) To provide heating appliances to Temporary Shelters (Apartments) in 3 prefectures volunteers Coordination in GW To organize the acceptance system of volunteers bus by dispatching manpower to the disaster volunteer centers in the regions like Kesennuma, Onagawa, Ishinomaki, Ishinomaki, Higashimatsushima. The introduction of government policies for the disaster victims NPO sides clarify the issues by asking the government directly on the reconstruction support policies of fisheries industry and business operators. Ishinomaki Disaster Recovery Assistance Council put the links of support policies and shows it on the web site. Relief Item Delivery Measures against heat in summer The support of watching over temporary houses etc.
