10 Exhibiting Notes Mfair Bangkok is business matching event. Organizer will provide equipment of business meeting for exhibitors and difference of exhibition s regulation. Please note follow condition when you are considering to exhibit. <Basic Regulation > Can not use 1 booth by more than 1 companies. 1 company have to buy 1 booth at least. Organizer will prepare all exhibitors fascia. Can use only English for company name. Cannot show more than 2 companies. <Exhibiting Goods> Exhibiting space is 6 sqm (W:3*D:2). Exhibitors can exhibit product and equipment within this space. Cannot exhibit over this space. <Demonstration> If exhibitor want to demonstration at booth, it will be able to under follow condition. Electric power will be max 5Amp in 1 booth. Cannot increase capacity. Cannot use air compressor. If exhibitor need to transformer, please prepare by yourself. Even if number of exhibitors does not reach the specified number, the early bird discount application will end on the deadline date. 19 Exhibiting Fee Payment Exhibiting Fee Payment This exhibiting fee and option cost will be all calculated in Thai Baht. Exhibitors can pay in Thai Baht and Japanese Yen. Please choose the desired currency in column Payment in the application form. Invoice will be issued in 14 days after application date. Payment term is within 14 days after invoice issued date. Pay in Thai Baht: Pay in Japanese Yen: Invoice will be issued by Reed Tradex. Invoice will be issued by NC Network. 21 Charged Option Mailing Fee for Guidebook FNA will issue the guide book about exhibitors company information. Delivery in Thailand is free. In case that exhibitors wish us sending the guide book to other country outside Thailand, it will cost 1,000 THB + VAT. If exhibitors wish to order guide book from outside Thailand, please apply in Mailing Fee for Guidebook option in application form. Added Option (such as Rental) In Plan A and Plan B is already have table, chairs, and cabinet but if exhibitors would like to use more than prepared standard facilities such as rental furniture, interpreter, or transportation, please apply in the optional service.
