2 Villa Leoni is an elegant villa situated in Ossuccio on the shore of Lake Como, in front of the Comacina Island. The villa was built between 1941 and 1944 by the architect Pietro Lingeri, who was one of the key figures of the Italian Rationalism. In addition to its great architectural value (classified as an historical monument by the Italian Ministry of Culture), the villa is located in an area of remarkable artistic and environmental interest. Indeed, the villa directly faces the only island of Lake Como, the Comacina Island, and the famous romanesque bell tower of the complex of Saint Maria Maddalena in Ospitaletto. Villa Leoni offers you the opportunity to receive numerous friends and guests, offering a unique environment for receptions, photo sessions, refreshments and services. Situated 20 km away from the highway exits, it can be reached by land or by lake, you can choose the best way. Villa Leoni allows its guests to stay in one of the most renowned places of the lake. The halls on the ground floor may host up to 80 seats and enjoy a wonderful view over the lake. Outside the patio is directly accessed from the living salons on the ground floor, while two terraces offer spectacular views of Comacina Island. The front part of the park is partly paved and partly covered with greenery. The parterre and the beautiful gazebo are the ideal places to have aperitifs and to cut the wedding cake. 3 Four rooms connected internally with lake view All the rooms face to the large outdoor patio and can accommodate up to 80 seats in total. Inside the view of the beautiful scenery of Lake Como is guaranteed by large glazed openings. Near the space below the first deck is placed a large flap that opens completely, allowing you to link the outdoor spaces with the interior rooms. Patio with lake view The patio is directly related with the living rooms on the ground floor. This large space could be set up in multiple modalities, such as with poufs and coffee tables if you desire a dynamic refreshment, or with dining tables and chairs if you prefer an outdoor reception. Terrace and panoramic garden with a view of the Comacina Island These are two of the most exclusive areas, thanks to their position they are able to give one of the most enchanting views of Lake Como and Comacina Island, offering to their guest many outdoor spaces for relaxation and fun. Panoramic solarium The covered terrace, situated on the top floor of Villa Leoni, offering an unmatched and very impressive view. It is often used to host dinners for up to 50 seats, or as a space dedicated to open bar, offers moments of absolute relax. Gazebo lake front The gazebo is located upstream of the grass ramp and connects the main entrance of Villa Leoni to the ancient Strada Regina. It faces to the lake and it is usually chosen by the couple to cut the wedding cake.

4 Park with secular trees and tree species valuable Villa Leoni is immersed into a square meters park, that coasts the Strada Regina and it extends till the Lake Como Greenway. The front part of the park is completely lake front and it has some majestic maritime pines that shadow it. Going through the trellis you arrive to the rear part of the complex of Villa Leoni, surrounded by a wooded park that boasts a variety of century-old trees, laurel, olive, magnolia and fruit trees. This space, placed in front of the villa, is the ideal background for the photo shoot of your event. Room support for the spouses During the wedding reception the spouses have at their disposal a private room where they can change their clothes and leave their personal effects. Parking In front of Villa Leoni there are two parking areas that can be reserved for the entire duration of your event. The spouses and their guests may also arrive by boat, docking at the marina of the town of Ossuccio they can be directly accessed to the main entrance to the Villa. Junior Villa Inside the complex of Villa Leoni there is the exclusive Junior Villa where the couple shall stay for their first wedding night. Civil ceremony Villa Leoni offers to the spouses the chance to perform their civil ceremony inside of its garden with lake view, giving a so exclusive background to the ceremony.
