The establishment is open all year round Conference rooms with a capacity from10 to 60 people Receptions and cocktails from 10 to 120 people Location The hotel Mont-Blanc au Lac is situated on a privileged spot on the lake promenade, next to the charming old port of Morges and facing the Alpes and the majestic Mont-Blanc. It s only a few minutes walk from the town s shopping area. Access The distance to Geneva airport is about 50km and to Lausanne only 10 km. You have two exits of the highway in Morges. Highway A1 from Geneva: exit 15 Morges-Sud A1 from Lausanne: exit 16 Morges-Est By train Geneva Lausanne From Geneva International Airport: direct train every 10 minutes approx. 2 Accommodation 45 rooms All the rooms are equipped with phone, television, radio, alarm clock, minibar, water kettle for tea or coffee, hairdryer and air-conditioning. Restaurant Our restaurant "Le Pavois" offers you a relaxed atmosphere on the ground floor and welcomes you in an elegant environment on the first floor. The seasonal menu with several fish dishes and local specialities as well as a large choice between regional and international vines will inspire even the most exigent guest. During summer time, you can have a relaxed moment or a dinner under the stars on our beautiful garden terrace. There, you can have a reduction on the normal price with a paper that you can get at the front office. The price will be CHF 12. /24 hours. Or, you can park your car for free on all white and blue parking spaces of the city every night from 5 pm until 10 am the next morning and on Sundays and holidays, with a paper from the hotel. There is also the Parc des Sports with white paying spaces for max. 10h which is located at the entrance of the city from Geneva

4 IDEAS FOR VISITS EXCURSIONS ATTRACTIONS We are at your disposal to organize receptions, visits, excursions and special events: Visit of the castle of Morges and its military museum. On request, an aperitif can be organized in the court of the castle. Visit of the museum Alexis Forel (closed January and February) Visit of a wine-cellar (tasting session included) aperitif "La Route du Vin" (the wine-road): visiting of wine cellars and tasting session of local specialities. Visit of the castles in: Morges, Vufflens, La Sarraz, Allaman, Coppet. Visit of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne Visit of the Palace of the United Nations in Geneva. Excursion by boat Excursion with the galley La Liberté Sports: swimming, jogging, bicycle, tennis, curling.

5 General terms and conditions Check in The rooms are normally available at 3pm the day of your arrival. Check out The rooms have to be delivered at 12am the day of your departure. No show No show, i.e. the rooms booked but not cancelled according to our cancellation policy, will be charged according to the agreed rate. Deposit for Events and groups or longer stays 25 % of the anticipated amount has to be paid as a deposit before the event. Confirmation for group stays ( 10 rooms or 15 room nights ) or events The exact numbers of rooms and the rooming list / the number of participants have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival. Conditions for Cancellation 21 days before arrival Total cancellation will be accepted. 20 to 16 days before arrival Total cancellation will be charged 25%. Partial cancellation until 20 % of the booked rooms will be accepted. 15 to 11 days before arrival Total cancellation will be charged 50%. Partial cancellation until 20 % of the booked rooms will be accepted 10 to 0 days before arrival Total cancellation will be charged 100%. Partial cancellation until 10% of the booked rooms will be accepted until 2 pm the day of arrival. For cancellation until 3 months before the event, an all-in fee of CHF will be charged. Confirmation for group stays or events The exact numbers of rooms and the rooming list have to be sent at least 1 week before arrival. Invoice The number of participants confirmed 48h before the event, will be charged. If the number of participants is exceeded, the hotel will endeavour to satisfy all attendants and the additional number will be charged. The hotel cannot be hold as responsible if the number of participants turns out to be less than the announced number. Recommendations The organizing leader is responsible for the behaviour of his guests; the hotel reserves for itself the right to intervene or to cancel all events that could affect the reputation of the hotel. The guests are not allowed to bring any drink or food from outside. In case of an event that exposes valuable material or objects, we advise you to take at your expenses an insurance that could cover all eventual material damage on the exposed objects Lawsuit The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne. Only Swiss law will be applied.
