This quintessentially English inn and adjoining mill seamlessly blend the rural charm of these historic buildings with modern design, luxurious comfort and delicious menus crafted from the best seasonal produce. The Old Swan & Minster Mill provides a stunning country retreat in a tranquil, creative and uplifting environment. Boasting three individual selfcontained meeting spaces all with syndicate rooms and private reception areas, we can cater for up to 55 delegates. Ideal for unique team building events, workshop sessions, presentations and meetings, our characterful spaces ensure conversation flows and nothing stands in the way of creativity! We can also help your guests relax and unwind so they tackle the day inspired and rejuvenated, with acres of beautiful gardens to explore and access to the luxurious Garden Spa (charges apply for spa use) with pampering treatments. Residential and day delegate retreats are available, alternatively, please contact us to discuss your requirements with our team who will create a bespoke package to suit your needs. Unique team building activities from laser pigeon shooting to recreating The Great British Bake Off or Crime Scene Investigation to sheep dog herding can be arranged. Your dedicated events coordinator will be on hand to create a seamless experience for you, ensuring every detail is taken care of everything from arranging a duck race on your break to a predinner campfires to bring everyone together at the end of a busy day. Working style lunches can be comfortably served within the breakout area of each function space. Alternatively, take a break and enjoy a buffet style lunch in the relaxed environment of the Old Swan, our ancient coaching inn. The Old Swan s dining rooms and bars are a myriad of beamed, cosy quarters with roaring log fires and rugged flagstone floors. There are a choice of dining rooms depending on your numbers, occasion and preference. Seasonal menus can be tailored to dietary requirements with simple, hearty and flavoursome food on offer using the freshest local ingredients.

3 CORPORATE MEETINGS & EVENTS With 65 acres of gardens we can very easily host corporate events, create campfires, organise team building activities from laser pigeon shooting to recreating The Great British Bake Off, and Crime Scene Investigation to sheep dog herding. FUNCTION ROOMS ACCOMMODATION Six function rooms to choose from: the Oak Room, Malthouse, Magnolia, Granary, Windrush and The Barn located in three selfcontained areas. Outdoor Director s Table for up to 12 guests. All rooms have natural daylight, contemporary furnishings and fully controlled airconditioning. Full of Cotswolds character, charm and steeped in history with exposed beams and honey stoned walls. Private reception spaces for refreshments, lunch and breakouts. The Malthouse can be booked for exclusive use when also using the three syndicate rooms: Granary, Windrush and Magnolia. Complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. 53 bedrooms and suites offer a mix of traditional and contemporary styles, plus the selfcontained Swan Cottage. All rooms boast flat screen televisions, luxury linens, fluffy bath towels, robes & L Occitane toiletries, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary WiFi. FOOD & DRINK Inspiring and creative dishes using fresh quality produce sourced locally and the very best in season ingredients. 6 PRIVATE DINING The Old Swan s dining rooms and bars are a myriad of beamed, cosy quarters with roaring log fires and rugged flagstone floors. There are a choice of dining rooms depending on your numbers, occasion and preference. Capacities vary from 8 to 100 guests. Seasonal menus can be tailored to dietary requirements with simple, hearty and flavoursome food on offer using the freshest local ingredients. MINSTER ROOM LOVELL ROOM Elegantly comfortable, seating up to 50 guests for private parties. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with open oakbeamedceilings, a large Cotswold stone fireplace and finished with warm, textured fabrics adding to the cosy atmosphere. Large double doors open onto the garden terrace and pond making the room bright and sunny in the day. In the evening, the room is candlelit and romantic. The original, 15th Century oakbeamed dining hall of the Old Swan seats up to 50 guests. With its oakboarded floors and a fascinating art collection, the Lovell Room exudes charm and character. The double height ceiling and logburning inglenook fireplace add to the sense of history. MALT HOUSE In the adjoining Mill, located along the banks of the River Windrush, the stonebuilt Malt House is a stunning setting to host a private reception for up to 100 guests. The building, terraces and surrounding gardens have been carefully restored to provide a flexible and elegant backdrop for your special occasion.
