9 RESERVATION POLICY FOR EWTN LIVE SHOWS EWTN has implemented the following policy regarding seating for all Live Shows: Admission to all Live Shows will be by reservation only. Reservations are for general seating and do not imply the assignment of a specific seat or section. Your name will be on a seating list-there are no physical tickets. At all live shows, scheduled Pilgrimage Groups will be seated first. Occasionally, Live Shows are cancelled. Should this occur, we will promptly attempt to contact those with reservations to inform them of this change. For Groups registered with the EWTN Pilgrimage Department: We can only reserve space for your group for one of the Live Shows. You may make provisional reservations in case we have room to accommodate your group on another night. Groups and Individuals wishing to attend a Live Show must make their reservations in advance by contacting the EWTN Pilgrimage Department. Phone: (205) pilgrimages@ewtn.com Pilgrims with special needs (including those with wheelchairs or walkers) should notify us when making reservations so that appropriate accommodations can be made. Any reservations unclaimed by 6:30 PM Central Time will be released to individuals at the door. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to insure available seating. EWTN Live and Life on the Rock begin at 7:00 PM (CT). (Seating begins at 6:20 PM (CT) please be outside the studio doors at that time.) Threshold of Hope begins at 1:00PM (CT).
