Beaver Falls Geneva College Monaca Cranberry Mars Warrenton The Special Committee for 2019 Synod Meeting Logistics has established hotel room blocks for the convenience of delegates setting up their lodging for the meeting of General Synod. Hotel Notes: 1 - A basic hotel list was developed by members of the Geneva College staff and represents available, not necessarily recommended, hotels. Hotels are listed in alphabetical order by location. No preference for a hotel is indicated by this arrangement. 2 - Information here is the best available at the time of publicataion. It may change. Check directly with hotel to confirm their services. 3 - Most hotels allowed us to block about 20 rooms which will be held until early May 2019 (see "closeout date" in individual listings). Use of rooms in these blocks are on a first come basis. 4 - Individual churches/delegates must contact hotels to actually book rooms and make payment arrangements. (Our "blocks" of rooms are simply being held until May for delegates to actually reserve the ones they choose.) 5 - here generally reflect a 10-20% reduction from the hotel's normal rate. Room availabililty or rates are not guaranteed after the May closeout date. Individuals may be able to use rewards programs, special memberships (e.g. AAA), pre-payment or timing (e.g. early booking) to gain better rates -- feel free to try. Taxes and local fees may be added to these base rates. 6 - The hotel blocks are for Monday - Thursday nights (6/10-6/14).
