ROCHE CHAIRMAN ALEXANDER MIRZA PRESIDENT & CEO With over 30 years of experience, living and doing business in Japan and China, Mr. Roche is a visionary entrepreneur. Mr. Roche founded Oak Lawn Marketing, now the largest infomercial company in Japan, and co-founded Acorn International, which has become the largest TV shopping company in China. Roche has launched numerous philanthropist initiatives and has been named by President Obama to the United States Trade Representative s (USTR) Advisory Committee for trade policy and negotiations. With 15+ years of experience in management consulting and hospitality development in Asia, Mr. Mirza has a strong background in luxury & lifestyle hotel development including the Waldorf Astoria brand while SVP of Corporate Development at Hilton Worldwide, The Luxury Collection and W hotels while Head of Strategic Planning at Starwood Hotels. Mirza was a partner at Accenture s travel practice and is a Harvard MBA & Aga Khan Foundation scholar in international development. 01 5

Formerly at Corcoran Sunshine, the U.S. s premier organization for the planning, design, marketing, and sale of luxury residential development. Graduate of New York University Stern School of Business. KIMY CHEN Senior Vice President Business Development for Asia Pacific 15+ years of experience in hospitality management and entertainment marketing. Former hotelier with Jumeirah Group in Dubai. Master of Marketing Management from Griffith University in Australia and bachelor degree in hospitality management from Bond University in Australia. MARTIN KEY Chief Financial Officer Martin Key has held a variety of finance roles in both China and the United States. Prior to joining CACHET Hotel Group, Mr. Key was Executive Director with ARC China, a Shanghai-based private equity firm, and an investment banker with JPMorgan in New York. Mr. Key holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and an Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College. JAN LU Vice of F&B Development for Greater China Jan Lu has wide-ranging hospitality experience, particularly in the project management of new restaurant openings. Additionally, she has focused on government relations and regulatory affairs as they pertain to the broader hospitality industry in China. As General Manager of David Laris Creates, Lu helped build the company s high-end restaurants and consultancy services in China and Asia. AARON GRIFFITHS President Hospitality Development Aaron Griffiths has over 20 years of experience in the hotel and food and beverage sectors, 15 of which were spent with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Formerly the Food and Beverage director at Mandarin s Elbow Beach property in Bermuda, Griffiths later worked on the opening teams for the Landmark Mandarin in Hong Kong, the Mandarin Tokyo, and the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. ALEX GAUDELET IH Investment Founder & CEO Alex Gaudelet has over 22 years of hospitality experience. Formerly COO of BR Guests, where he oversaw opening and acquisition of 14 properties, increasing revenues by 70%. Gaudelet was previously VP of Food and Beverage at MGM where he led division with $250MM in revenues and managed team of 3,500. DOMENIC SICOLI Vice President of Architecture & Design Domenic Sicoli is an architect with nearly twenty years of international design experience in the commercial and hospitality sectors. In addition to his roles as either project leader or lead designer of European or Middle Eastern hotels for the Marriott and Kempinski groups, Sicoli has led the design of several hotel and leisure projects in China. VAN NGUYEN IH Investment Officer Van Nguyen has more than 20 years of investment background. Formerly head of equity deratives business at Bluecrest Capital a fund with $35 BN in assets under management. Previously, Nguyen was global head of trading and member of operating committee at Bank of America for equity financial products. VEENUS PANDIAN Regional Director of Project Management Veenus Pandian brings 20 years of development experience to CHG and his position as Regional Director of Project Management. Pandian is responsible for the development process of CHG Bangkok and select China properties and is involved in every aspect of the development process, including budgeting, management of contractors, construction, technology and fit out. 8 RIDGE CHOI IH Investment Vice President of Business development Ridge began his career in advisory for Ernst & Young. In 2008, he transitioned into Luxor Capital Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund. There, he built the operational infrastructure with COO and CFO as fund size grew from $1.5 to $5.5 billion. Ridge has an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University Stern School of Business and graduated from Binghamton University with a Finance degree. 9
