Mr. Key holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and an Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College. JUSTIN GUO President of Hotel Operations Guo has more than 23 years of experience in the hotel industry, 17 of which were spent with the Hilton Hotel Group. Most recently, Guo served as area GM of Pan Pacific Hotel Group in the China Region. Guo holds an MBA from East China University with majors in Business Development and Marketing and has completed the professional development program at Cornell University. KIMY CHEN With over 20 years of professional experience in hospitality development and management consulting in the travel sector, Mr. Mirza has a strong background in luxury & lifestyle hotel development including the Waldorf Astoria brand while SVP of Corporate Development at Hilton Worldwide, the W hotels while head of strategic planning at Starwood Hotels. Mirza was a partner at Accenture s travel and transportation practice. He also has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master degree in international relations and a 1st class Bachelor degree with distinction from Queen s University at Kingston, Canada where he was an AgaKhan Foundation scholar. Senior Vice President Business Development for Asia Pacific 15+ years of experience in hospitality management and entertainment marketing. Former hotelier with Jumeirah Group in Dubai. Master of Marketing Management from Griffith University in Australia and bachelor degree in hospitality management from Bond University in Australia. YVONNE CHOI Chief Marketing Officer 10+ years of experience in business and real estate development. Formerly at Corcoran Sunshine, the U.S. s premier organization for the planning, design, marketing, and sale of luxury residential development. Graduate of New York University Stern School of Business. DAVID LARIS Chief Creative Officer David Laris is synonymous with shaping and redefining the food and beverage industry in China. In more than 20 years, he has traveled and worked around the world in cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau, Hanoi, London and Sydney JAN LU Vice President of Owner & Government Relations Jan Lu has wide-ranging hospitality experience, particularly in the project management of new restaurant openings. Additionally, she has focused on government relations and regulatory affairs as they pertain to the broader hospitality industry in China. Sicoli gained his degree in architecture from the University of Toronto, where he received the Frederick Coates Scholarship. He has received several other awards and accolades for his architectural designs. Sicoli has lived in Shanghai since IN-HOUSE DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT VEENUS PANDIAN Director of Project Management Veenus Pandian brings 20 years of development experience to CHG and his position as Regional Director of Project Management. Pandian is responsible for the development process of CHG Bangkok and select China properties and is involved in every aspect of the development process, including budgeting, management of contractors, construction, technology and fit out. LIMING RAO Managing Director of Design Rao brings more than 15 years experiences in hospitality and luxury highrise design and development. Prior to CHG, Rao served as project manager of Wing Tai Asia which is an well-known international real-estate development. He was responsible for project design concepts, budgets, monitor project procedure and development. Penny Lee Designer - Drai s JV Prior to CHG, Lee served as Principal Project Consultant of Jin Consulting.inc where she led multi-million dollar project in Las Vegas, the Cromwell Hotel & Drai s Beach Club. She has also worked for Leo A Daly, an international leading design company, as interior designer for 7 years. She oversaw multiple key projects for the clients, such as Vdara at City Center, Wynn Cotai Tower and South Point Hotel and Casino & Giada Restaurant in Las Vegas. 8 9
