Özmetal develops logistic warehouses and rents these facilities to reputable corporate tenants. Özmetal currently has mπ of rentable closed area in Dilovası. Özmetal also owns a mπ open area which is utilised for its own operations in Iron & Steel Importation. Moreover, Özmetal carries out its general operations from Öztanık Plaza of mπ in Batı Ataşehir which holds corporate tenants as well.

İsmet Öztanık, as one of the founding partners of Lidyana.com who currently holds 7 % of the company shares, is still an active board member.
