In Birmingham, Alabama we have been a part of office building construction and remodeling and upgrades for high end contemporary technology, strip centers retail shopping malls, and now as we move forward we will be the worlds first large scale smart home and solar powered "Green" building concern for resort property construction. The Company now incorporated in Nevada and Mexico making it a truly International Company, currently has operating agreements with the head of architeure at MIT in Boston, N5R marketing executives in Florida, Design for Real Estate in Canada, Resorts Owners Group, fractional sales Canada, The London Stock Exchange, Several architectural concerns in Mexico, Remax real estate executives Costa Maya and Cozumel, Living Real Estate business concerns Costa Maya and Cozumel. We have an aggregate of over 100 years of experience in this brand new field of technology. With our contracts for marketing, our associates have sold over 10 billion dollars USD of resort property in ten different countries over the past 7 years. Not only do we build it but we sell it as well. We are developing a long client and buyer list which currently totals over 2000 names. We will contact 6000 new possible clients monthly, speaking with around 600 per month and eventually doing a fly and buy program per month to the resort properties in Mexico with about 150 couples closing 25% of those monthly (37 sales per month) totaling nearly $6,216, on a monthly basis. We have enough projects currently available to fulfill our client s demand which now total over 3000 residential resort units in Mexico over the next five years.
