3 The hoenix Suite The hoenix Suite is the largest conference room in the hotel located beside reception on the ground floor. It is a multipurpose venue made up of three rooms, the Sierra, Hawthorn and Walnut Suites which can converge into one or two larger rooms. The hoenix Suite was refurbished in 2012 and has high speed Wi-Fi which is available throughout the hotel. The rooms have the latest audio visual equipment and have a number of features that make it perfect for a range of conferences, events, lunches or banquets. 4 The Tower Suite The Tower Suite is a suitable alternative to any of the hoenix Suite conference rooms. Located on the ground floor with plenty of natural daylight, it also has an interconnecting door to the College Suite which is often used as a breakout room for food and drinks. The Castleknock Suite One of the most popular meeting rooms in the hotel, the Castleknock Suite is located on the first floor at the rear of the hotel and includes window views on three sides of the room. It also has a large wooden balcony which overlooks the golf course and lake. 5 The Castle Suite The Castle Suite is one of the smaller conference rooms on the ground floor. The room is popular for boardroom meetings, small conferences and private dining. 6 The Ashtown and Knockmaroon Suites Both rooms are located on the first floor and are medium sized meeting rooms accommodating up to 40 people theatre style with natural daylight. The Syndicate Rooms There are four Syndicate Rooms in the hotel. These are the smallest meeting rooms in the hotel and are suitable for interviews, small meetings, breakout rooms or presentations. 7 The Thinking Factory The Thinking Factory is a brand new concept from Castleknock Hotel & Country Club. It is the ultimate meeting room combining modern technology with sheer simplicity, perfect for brainstorming sessions, strategic meetings and product launches. It has several small breakout areas within the room. It is the first of its kind in Ireland. Banqueting Castleknock Hotel and County Club is the perfect setting for a stunning banquet for up to 370 people. There is a bar inside each of our main banqueting suites with a new mood lighting system and smoking terrace adjacent to the hoenix Suite as part of a recent refurbishment. The room is specifically designed for groups of about delegates but it can accommodate up to 30 people although modifications may be needed to the seating layout for groups of this size. The ark Restaurant The ark Restaurant is an AA Rosette award winning restaurant overlooking the golf course, summer terrace, gardens and lake on three sides. It is primarily a premium steak restaurant although there is a selection of fish and vegetarian dishes available on the à la carte menu. The Brasserie The Brasserie is a bright, airy and contemporary restaurant, providing our guests with a relaxed and informal dining option. Full Irish and continental breakfast is served here daily with a carvery available for lunch each day. There is also a table d hote dinner menu available each evening.

10 Lobby The lobby of the hotel is a stunning large open plan area with several cosy booths for private meetings. There is also a small patisserie menu offering a range of snacks, sandwiches and pastries with hot and cold beverages. Fionn Uisce BAR At the other end of the lobby is the Fionn Uisce Bar overlooking the terrace and golf course. There is a bar food menu available throughout the day. The Terrace At the rear of the hotel, there is a beautiful south facing terrace which is available for private hire.
