Services of professional and highly-qualified chef for the meals in Kuohu Mansion listed below you can request desired menu for the first dinner and breakfast in advance and agree the following meals with your chef and guide on location. Please, provide the list of allergies or special dietary requirements if you have any, in advance. Accommodation in Kuohu Mansion, 57 km away from Rovaniemi city center, located on a private land on the bank of a picturesque pond and surrounded by forest (please, see the description of the accommodation in the offer below) Shopping service: we are happy to purchase anything you wish for in the local shops if you provide a list of desired items to your guide at least 12 hours in advance. Extra service fee is 90,00 euro per shopping trip in addition to the actual cost of the products. We can also arrange desired items to be delivered to the mansion for your arrival. 3 Your accommodation private and romantic Kuohu Mansion Kuohu Mansion is located on the very shore of a small and picturesque pond in the middle of silent and pure Lappish forest. Here you are one on one with nature and your dear companions. Untouched natural surroundings will give you an illusion of time standing still and we will pack this infinity of leisure with any activities your heart wishes for. Lapland Luxury s Kuohu Mansion is located only 58 km (about 45 min car ride) away from the center of Rovaniemi city, international center for winter and summer tourism. Here in the 210 sq meters you will find everything you might need during the stay and even more upon request. 4 Your program Day 1 - Arrival to Rovaniemi Airport and meeting with your private guide, who will make sure you get your entire luggage and help you settle in your comfortable transfer vehicle. - Transfer to your mansion Upon arrival to the mansion you will find warm thermal outfits awaiting you in your rooms. They will keep you nice and warm during the whole trip. Please, let your guide know if some of the items are wrong size so we can arrange the right size items for in good time! However, remember that big is beautiful and warm in Lapland! You will also find a nice welcoming basket in the living room something small but nice to enjoy your stay in our accommodation. - Private Welcoming Dinner in Kuohu Mansion Our private chef will cook up a delicious 3-course dinner for you to truly welcome you to Lapland with his favorite bouquet of local tastes. Remember to mention to your chef what you would like to enjoy for breakfast and identify the time you will be ready to fill up your tummies in the morning! Day 2 09:00 Meeting with your guide and transfer to the local Husky Farm 10:30 Arrival to the Husky Farm and 3-hour husky safari Do you want to experience standing on the sledge skids and control an enthusiastic husky team? Come along and enjoy a husky safari in the middle of Lapland's exotic nature. During the safari you will make a stop to enjoy Laplander s favorite treat grilled sausages and hot juice and, of course, to make beautiful pictures of the local scenery! After the safari enjoy the company of an experienced husky musher in an old Lappish building and meet the other animals in the farm. Here you can see real Siberian huskies, and also their charming puppies, waiting for you to pet them. This safari is a must for all people who just love animals! Please, take into consideration that we will ride in teams of 2 persons per sledge and only those who are 18 and older can drive the sledges! The younger guests can relax and fully enjoy the ride without making a single effort! 14:30 Transfer to Ranua Wild Life Park 16:00 Arrival to Ranua Wild life Park and Absolytely Private Wild Night Safari and Exclusive Meeting with a polar bear

5 In the dimness of the evening you will be heading to the Zoo and do a private adventure in the pitch-dark forest. Use a headlamp to navigate between the trees and the animals at the night time. As the Zoo is closed, you can only hear the animal sounds! However you can easily spot the animals in the light of your local guide s lantern and even feed some of them! There is also a special surprise awaiting you! You will experience a real meeting with a polar bear! Prepare yourself for looking into the polar bear s eyes by going through the safety instructions with the guide. The internationally renowned Icebreaker Sampo offers unforgettable experiences in the midst of arctic ice-sheets. Once on board, you will be taken for a guided tour and have a presentation of the ship. En

6 joy a Lappish meal as the ship moves through the ice waters and afterwards you can pop in to the frozen sea with a warm survival suits and float amongst ice blocks. It is an experience to remember for the rest of your life. Upon completion of such an experience you will receive a special certificate from the captain as well as 2 bottles of celebratory sparkling wine to warm up. Please, take into consideration that only children taller than 145 cm are allowed to the swimming experience. Day 4 (evening program in SantaPark valid only on of each year) 10:30 Meeting with your guide and one of the best helpers of Santa Claus! One of Santa Clause s elves comes to visit the villa and takes your family on a quest for a perfect New Year Tree, which you will choose from the nearby forest, chop down, bring to the cottage, set up and decorate all together! 11:45 Transfer to Joulukka Secret Forest 12:30 Arrival to Joulukka Secret Forest and Private Dream of Joulukka program Welcome to the forest of dreams! Come and discover how Elves are spending their days in Joulukka and join legendary Santa`s Helpers` Training together with them! After graduating from the course, your new friends will lead you to the Fairytale Path. The path will lead you towards the best kept secret of the Elves: Santa s Secret Command Ceter. If you are on your best behavior, you have a chance

7 to peek into the Command Center where the Elves are already busy preparing for Christmas and where you will, of course, have a chance to meet Santa Claus himself who has prepared presents for all of you! 14:30 Delicious private 3-course lunch in Iso Tokka forest restaurant Enjoy the warmth of the fire burning in the large stove and crackling of the snow behind the walls. As your hearts are full of expectations of New Year Night, fill up your energy levels and enjoy the lunch elves have prepared for you! In Rovaniemi, near the Arctic Circle, Santa Claus has his own home cavern where the bustle of the elves continues all year round. From the entrance you walk through a mysterious passage, which will lead you through a maze of marvelous adventures inside the cozy cavern. Cavern s hallways are filled with cheery activities of the elves. In the Post Office you can send your own New Year greetings! SantaPark Sleigh Ride takes you through the four seasons in Finland and plunges straight into the elves toy factory, where the presents for upcoming Christmas are already being made. The Icy Kingdom of the Ice Princess has turned into a Winter Wonderland where you can actually undercross The Arctic Circle 50 meters below the ground and on the stage of SantaPark you will view one of the most fantastic shows you have ever seen! During the show you can also enjoy delicious buffet dinner at your own private table! We are also happy to organize any desired additional drinks to your private table. 8 00:30 Transfer back to Kuohu Mansion 01:30 Arrival back to Kuohu Mansion Day 5 12:30 - Meeting with your guide on the villa and transfer to Sierijärvi Forest 13:20 Meeting with the local reindeer Hop out of the car and straight into the reindeer sledge as now it is time to enjoy the ride through the beautiful snowy forests! On the way you can ask any questions from the Reindeer herder who know all about these animals first hand! 14:00 Arrival to Metsäkyly Forest Retreat and full-on relaxation program Sauna is in the heart of Finnish traditions and now you have the chance to experience the wonderful moments in our privately located sauna, Metsäkyly and try your luck in finding the Northern Lights in the sky! You will hear the magical stories of this special natural phenomenon while enjoying hot traditional drinks outside. In addition to conventional Finnish sauna, Metsäkyly offers relaxing steam provided by the infrared sauna and rough but healthy hotness of the smoke sauna! The refreshing change between hot and cold is part of any great sauna experience. A quick dip in an Arctic lake or a relaxing soak in one of the two Jacuzzis makes bathing experience incredibly good. For an especially relaxing day our sauna hostess has also prepared luxurious chocolate treatments for you, during which you will be pampered with the invigorating and rejuvenating chocolate face and body treatments in the warmth of the sauna. There will be some snacks delivered to the Mansion as well in case you would klike to have a light lunch. 13:30 - Meeting with your guide on the villa and transfer to Santa Claus Village 14:30 Arrival to Santa Claus Village Here in Santa Claus Village you can visit the Elves Post Office and send out cards to your friends to any part of the world. The location is also known for great shopping opportunities all of the greatest Finnish brands Fazer, Marimekko, Ittala, Lappponia and Maria Pokka are available here! Also if you feel like visiting Snowman World go ahead! Meet the cheery snowmen, have fun on the ice slides or try out some skating on the local ring! 17:30 Snowmobile safari to the Arctic Snow Hotel Now it is time to set on a final adventure! Meet your snowmobile instructor and learn how to operate a snowmobile. Remember that we will be riding in teams of two and only those who are already 18 years old and have an active driving license are allowed to drive the snowmobile according to Finnish law. We are sure that you will have loads of fun on those massive metal vehicles and truly enjoy the ride on the snowy and darkish route! 19:00 Arrival to Arctic Snow hotel and Icy Good Bye Dinner The Arctic SnowHotel in Rovaniemi in Finland is an entire world of snow, an experience destination that provides an exotic possibility to spend an evening sheltered by snow and surrounded by picturesque and placid Lappish nature and to experience Arctic specialities, including the Ice restaurant as well as the surrounding fields of snow! On arrival you will look around the Ice Hotel and make as many pictures as you want. You will then plunge into its corridors over again in order to enjoy a delicious hot dinner in an exquisite restaurant!

11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation and payment Schedule Groups: The reservation is considered confirmed upon the receipt of the first deposit, which is not refundable, in the amount of 30% of all reserved items and services for the amount of participants specified in the latest offer. The second deposit, which, together with the first payment, equals 100% of services ordered for the minimum amount of participants specified in the latest offer, is due on Lapland Luxury s account 1 (one) month before group s arrival. Proforma invoices will be issued for each payment, and payments are requested to be submitted by wire transfer to Lapland Luxury s bank account. Lapland Luxury reserves the right to release all space, which is not guaranteed in accordance with the payment schedule.
