Our Topic for this event will be Sustainable Futures Our interna onal speakers will offer a range of topics, from sustainable materials to be able to offer long term sustainable design What's included: (Yes, you will meet a Polar Bear) All program items as listed in this flyer, due to weather and travel condi- ons the program is subject to change. 3 Arrive in Rovaniemi, during the day of the 7th there are two main flights in a day. We will start with a welcome to the Ar c Circle and then a networking dinner at Rakas Ravintola Our conference program will start on the morning of the 8th in the Santa Park. With a mixer of interna onal speakers In the a3ernoon we will visit Ranua Zoo for a private tour and meet a polar bear face to face The nights entertainment will include a trip to Kemi to see the largest snow hotel in the world and a chance to drive a Tesla on ice

4 The 9th will kick off with a tour of the Lappset Factory and me for some op onal safaris, belfore e visit a reindeer farm with a short ride. The it is off to snow shoe under the Northern sky and hopefully see the Northern lights. We will round the event off with a tradi onal sauna and ice swimming and of course a farewell dinner A er all of that what more could you want.. But we can also arrange husky Safaris, Reindeer Rides, Snowmobile adventures and more. Our conference price is for the conference and associated i nerary only. We are happy to welcome you as you arrive to the local airport and to make sure you and your luggage are safely and comfortably set on the transfer vehicle! After only a short ride you are finally home away from home in Arctic TreeHouse Hotel or other hotel of your choice! 16:40 Arrival to your accommodation, check in in and time to freshen up 18:30 Transfer from your hotel to Arctic TreeHouse Hotel (those of you staying in Arctic TreeHouse Hotel will not be needing a transfer as the welcome dinner is just a miniscule walk away on the territory of your hotel in Rakas Restaurant) 19:00 Welcome dinner in Rakas Restaurant s We are delighted to host you in our brand new restaurant Rakas (directly from Fin. darling ) - fine Scandinavian bistro. Here we shall treat you to a 4-course meal containing dishes carefully selected by our chef especially for this occasion! 6 Outline Program 15:00 Transfer from SantaPark to Ranua Wild Life Park 16:00 Arrival to Ranua Wild Life Park Welcome to Ranua Wild Life Park Europe s Nothern-most zoo, where you can encounter 50 Arctic and northern animal species, in all and all individuals. Here animals live in spacious fencings in the midst of northern wide forests, in their as authentic natural environment as possible. Tonight we have something very special prepared for you a Wild Night Safari! We will arrive to the park already after its closing for the general public and after all have been dressed into cozy and warm thermal overalls our guides will lead us through the fencings in complete darkness with only headlighs and massive guide s flashlight showing and leading the way. During the safari your guide will point out the animals for you with her flashlight and tell you about the natural habitat and characteristics of the different species. However the most important is yet to come! Here, in Ranua, you can see the only polar bears living in Finland! And tonight you are welcome for a tet-a-tet meeting with them in their feeding cage. Whilst being completely safe and sound you are enabled to stand only centimeters away from the world s largest predator! Some adrenaline guaranteed! 17:30 Dinner in Ranua s Traditional Polar Bear Restaurant 18:30 Depart Ranua Zoo for Kemi 20:00 Arrival to Kemi Snow Castle You are welcomed to the largest Snow Castle in the world. It is an impressive build using snow and ice from the sea water and it consist of Snow restaurant, Snow chappel and hotel. 7 Outline Program 9th February 09:30 This time has been reserved for your Lappset tour, additionally arranged meetings as well as leisure safaris. We will be happy to offer you wide range of safaris and activities to choose from closer to your arrival dates. 15:30 Transfer from Arctic TreeHouse Hotel or your hotel to the authentic Reindeer Farm 16:00 Arrival to the Reindeer Farm and an Private visit with a reindeer test drive Welcome to the authentic Reindeer Farm! Here you will be hosted by the head of the family a third generation reindeer herder, who will show you around and introduce you to his household. Ask as many questions as you wish as this is an unprecedented opportunity to learn about one of the most traditional Lappish livelihoods as well as about the most beloved Northern animal. As your tour is over you will have a chance to test drive the reindeer and take them for a quick spin on a specially designed track. After you have completed the task you will be granted a Reindeer Driving License for life. 17:00 Snowshoeing adventure on the lake Sieri You can test this very northern way of movement through the snow and find your way along the shore of lake Sieri towards the mids of forest. 17:30 Arrival to Arctic Forest Spa and Private Lappish dinner in Kota Teepee The twinkle of a starry sky and the light of a real fire lead you to the mids of forest, where a three course meal is served from wooden cutlery. Warm and authentic atmosphere, tasty, fresh Lappish food made of real arctic ingredients and refreshing drinks guarantee a full stomach and a cozy feeling. After the dinner it is time to relax and let yourself loose in the Arctic Forest Spa where you can enjoy traditional Finnish sauna and lounge in the jacuzzi under the starry sky. If you lucky you can spot the Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky.
