Track your runner Follow all the runners, stage by stage via our website : Facebook, Twitter ultratrailcotedazur ON THE ROAD Accompanients, Live the race with your runners! Spectators and/or accompanying persons can «follow» the race by accessing some places with their vehicle and then continuing on foot if they wish. In all cases, we ask you to respect nature and the runners and to park your car on the parking.. NB : Remember to bring clothes and food needed. DotVision tracking system DotVision tracking service by GPS allow you to add a digital dimension in your race by using mobile application named «DotVision Motion». Application can track you on your race thanks to your mobile phone. You are tracking by your friend, but you also can compare yourself to others runners in real time. To register : 6 Download free application «DotVision Motion» on stores. Ask for you free activation code support@dotvision.com. Start your application before the race. You share your experience with your family and friends. As soon as you arrive, you can find your complete report on the application and online inside your personal space. Rule 17 Assistance ASSISTANCE «The participants can benefit from a personal assistance of one person on each camp. A unique and numbered ticket will give access to the assistance zone.

8 Rule 17 Assistance ASSISTANCE «The participants can benefit from a personal assistance of one person on each camp. A unique and numbered ticket will give access to the assistance zone. Any assistance outside this zone will have penalties consequence (see article 22 Penalty). Please note that the assistant will not have access to all parts of the camp but only to the assistance zone. He cannot, for example, benefit from the food provided to the runners. All breaches will result in penalty of the runner (see article 22 Penalty).» Runners, upon registering, have agreed to respect the rules. Those accompanying them must take care not to get on the wrong side of them regarding their commitments at the risk of their being penalised. Personal assistance is tolerated only at certain refreshment posts, in the zone specifically reserved for this use, upon the presentation of an «Assistance» ticket (see above). Personal assistance is tolerated at the following camps: - Levens (30 th kilometer) - Roquebillière (71 st kilometer) - Le Boréon (108 th kilometer) except for 90 KM It is forbidden at all other refreshment posts as well as at any other point along the route. Trails de la Vésubie (12, 25, 45 et 70 km) : no assistance is allowed, at any point along the route. Tickets «Assistance» The «Assistance» tickets are given to the runner in the race bib envelope. 1 ticket per runner that the accompanist should show. For accompanists who want acceed at the After Finish Area, you can buy the option during the registration. This option will be represent by cutlery on the 8 ticket «assistance».

9 Information -> How to go to the start of Ultra-Trail? Start : Aire Saint-Michel, Chemin de Châteaurenard, Nice Starting Time : 5.00 p.m You could be dropped-off on the starting area, which is located on the Aire Saint-Michel, Chemin de Châteaurenard, Falicon à Nice. Shuttle s departure place : Bus Station «Grand Palais», street Jean Allègre in front of Jean Bouin swimmingpool, Nice. How to go to the shuttle s departure place? > In tramway : stop at «Palais des Expositions» > In car : you can park you car at the privatised parking for runners - Location : Esplanade de Lattre de Tassigny Shuttle s dropping off place : Roundabout of Aire Saint-Michel, at 5-10 minutes at foot to the starting line. Who can take shuttles? Runners and accompanients (runners have priority). Shuttle schedule : > Shuttle ride duration : about 25 minutes > First shuttle : 2.10 > Last shuttle : 3.50 Caution : there is no parking around departure area! -> How to come back to Nice after the trial? Accompanient informations : Depending on the available places for each rotation, you have the possibility to go with the runners bus at the starting zone. The bus will take you to the parking after the start. You could come back to Nice after the trial thanks to a shuttle system at the start of Place Jean Gabin, in Saint-Martin-Vésubie. Caution : Only runners who have subscribe to the shuttle option during their registration can take these shuttles. 13 145 KM s runners? ce Access Information From the Aire Saint-Michel, walk 10 minutes to arrive on the pass under the Mont Chauve. Go out Nice, take the M19 road towards Tourette-Levens. Park your car on the beginning of the village, le 1st aid station is in front of the city hall. From Tourette-Levens, continue on the M19 road and on the roundabout turn right into D815 road in direction of «Châteauneuf-Villevieille/Contes». Park your car on the «Col de Châteauneuf». From Col de Châteauneuf, come back on the M19 and on the roundabout take the direction to»levens». Park your car on the village, the assistance area is on the «school of oliviers» next to the «Rivet house». From Levens, continue on the M19 «Duranus road» in direction to «Duranus, Roquebillière». Pass Duranus village and on «Saint Jean la Rivière» turn left in direction to Utelle, pass the bridge and turn right in direction to «Madone d Utelle». After Utelle, continue to «le sanctuaire de la Madone d Utelle». Be carefull, runners cross the road several times Come back to go to the Utelle village. The aid station is on the heart on the village. 13

From Utelle, go down to «Tour sur Tinée» to take the D332 road in direction to «col d Andrion». It s possible to leave your car by the roadside. From Utelle, come back down to «Saint Jean la Rivière» and turn left on the M2565 in direction to «Roquebillière». The assistance area is on the Roquebillière gymnasium. Go out Roquebillière and take the M71 in direction to «Belvédère / Vallée de la gordolasque». After «Belvédère», continue on the Gordolasque valley. On the hairpin turn, marker 271,take the path if you can with your car. Leave your car on the top and take the crest by walk to see the runners. From Belvédère, follow the «Vallée des Merveilles / Vallée de de la Gordolasque» direction, the aid station is on the «Relais des Merveilles» form, at the end of the Gordolasque valley. Crest accessible by walk. Leave your car on the «Madone de Fenestre» small valley From Saint-Martin-Vésubie, take the road in direction to Madone de Fenestre. Continue on the small valley until the aid station. Be carefull to not park your car on the route. 15

Pass «Saint-Martin-Vésubie» village and take the M2665 road and the M89 road in direction to «Le Boréon / parc Alpha loups». Continue until the «vacheries du Boréon» Difficult portion. It s easier to park your car on the Salèse parking in direction to «les vacheries de Salèse» from «le Boréon». Be carefull to not park your car on the route From Saint-Martin-Vésubie, take the road in direction to la Colmiane, on a hairpun turn, turn right, marker 330. 23 90 KM s runners? Access Information From the aire Saint Michel, walk 10 minutes to arrive on the pass under the Mont Chauve. Go out Nice, take the M19 road towards Tourette-Levens. Park your car on the beginning of the village, le 1st aid station is in front of the city hall.
