3 Time to Explore: A prestigious place, a dream destination, a call to travel and exploration After the organization of the 2015 World Championships in Annecy which were a real plebiscite, we decided to share our passion and trail running experience around the world. Our goal is to facilitate cultural exchanges between peoples and discoveries of authentic territories: An international and popular event with different format for a suitable challenge An immersion in a culture and the opportunity to discover local treasures A mountain area with maximum vertical drop, views and single-track trails Respect for sports values: fair play, courage, solidarity, generosity, humility... Shared professional skills for the organization (markup, security...) MaXi-Trip: All inclusive stay alone or with family to discover the destination Maximum respect for the environment and strong local involvement This is the common essence of all Maxi-Race although each of them is absolutely unique.

8 MaXi-Race Ecuador Mid of October Place : Otavalo The MaXi-Race Ecuador will allow you to run in the middle of beautiful unspoilt forests, with exceptional views of lakes of altitude and volcanoes The base camp of the MaXi-Race will be Otavalo, a native village known for being the gateway to beautiful wilderness. This forest was classified World Natural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in The race will take place in São Vicente, in the north coast of the island, a place forgotten by the traileurs until now. A fabulous playground for a nice race, with a good temperature around 17 degrees. Madeira is waiting for you!
