7 Terms and Conditions Tour Price: 3295 Euro per Person The tour price is based on two sharing a double room. additional charge of 1324 Euro for single use of a double room additional 3% for credit card payment as the stated price is a cash only price These are land only prices. You will be responsible to purchase your airline ticket. Please secure a multi- destination (open jaw) flight from the USA to Nice and then departing from Paris. Please note the timetables mentioned in the itinerary. This is a land only tour price. Tour participants are responsible to purchase airline tickets. Transfer from arriving airport to the tour hotel and from the tour hotel to your departing airport. The tour begins and ends at the tour hotels. All airport transfers are up to the individual. Meals that are not stated as included in the itinerary. Any activities such as shopping, admissions, concerts, or museum visits not included in the above list of covered expenses. Any charges incurred for special individual services or incidentals will be paid by the tour participant to the hotel. Any transportation for the activities the client might choose during leisure time and not specifically included in the tour.

9 Deposit and Payment Deadlines A deposit of $600 per person is required to hold space along with signed copy of the Terms and Conditions Form and Application Form. This will be applied to the full price of the tour. Payment can be made by check payable to: Take Me To Europe, LLC, 3103 Poplar Place, Sugar Land, TX Please note that you have the option to pay by credit card with Pay Pal but there will be an additional 3% charge as the price quoted for the tour is a cash only price. After the deposit is made, your remaining balance will be divided into two payments: First payment due by Nov. 16, 2017 Second payment due by Feb. 16, 2018 Please note the tour will be filled in order the deposits are received. Why not set a US dollar price now? Due to the possible fluctuation of the dollar between now and when the payment is due, the tour price must be set with the Euro. A statement will be mailed to you 10 days in advance of payment due with estimated current exchange rate. Cancellation and Refund Policy From time of deposit until 101 days prior to departure date: a $175 penalty will be charge for cancellation. Cancellations days prior to departure date: 25% of package rate retained by Take Me to Europe, LLC Cancellations days prior to departure date: 50% of package rate retained by Take Me to Europe, LLC Cancellations days prior to departure date: 75% of package rate retained by Take Me to Europe, LLC Cancellations 15 days or less before departure date or no-show: 100% of package rate retained by Take Me to EuropeNo refunds will be made to tour participants for unused package services once travel arrangements begin. If Take Me to Europe, LLC for any reason whatsoever cancels the trip, all partial and/or full payments will be refunded in full without any further obligation on their part.

10 Safety and Responsibility Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Take Me to Europe, LLC, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, subway, bus or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; political unrest; and accident or illness in areas without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Take Me to Europe, LLC will not be liable regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. It is understood that Take Me to Europe, LLC will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken. Please note that handicapped facilities do not always exist in Europe, therefore passengers must be able to negotiate steps and be able to walk several miles each touring day without assistance or difficulty. It is each tour participant s responsibility to obtain the required travel documents. U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport for travel outside the US. The U.S. State Department requires that your passport be valid 6 months from the date of your return. Also recommended is registration with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program. Verify with your health insurance provider of coverage available while abroad. Take Me to Europe, LLC strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance that will provide a peace of mind with your travel investment. Take Me to Europe, LLC is responsible to you in making arrangements for the services offered in the package itinerary. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing package services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employees, partners, or joint ventures of Take Me to Europe, LLC. The tour participant agrees that Take Me to Europe, LLC shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing package services, or any insurer or insurance administrator or any other person. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Take Me to Europe, LLC, Take Me to Europe, LLC will arrange for the provisions of comparable services, when possible.
