The legally binding documents are the original Finnish documents. FinnMETKO 2018 Stand prices and descriptions The stand prices are given as VAT exempt prices. Currently valid VAT will be added to the prices. If a stand has an additional exhibitor that has been registered and accepted by the organizers, the exhibitor will be charged 25 % of the stand price as a fair charge, however no more than until 31 May 2018, and as from 1 June The locations of the stands can be seen in the separate exhibition area map. The map scale deviates slightly from the actual measures and distances for the part of stand sizes etc, which means that the stand sizes are not directly comparable with each other. The outdoor stands are rented out based on a stand map. The stand shapes and sizes that deviate from the basic map grid must be agreed separately with the organizer. Combining adjacent stands is possible. Site safety Finnmetko Oy requires that the people working in the exhibition area and constructing stands wear official construction site ID cards. This requirement does not apply to voluntary workers. Contracted tent suppliers Finnmetko s contracted tent suppliers are Stopteltat Oy, Orimattila. Finnmetko charges other suppliers a guidance/safety fee of per tent. Exhibitors service traffic and parking: Service traffic to the stands will be allowed outside opening hours. Be prepared to show your exhibitor pass. There will be no separate service traffic passes available. The exhibitors will also have marked parking areas in the main exhibition area near the main gate (see the map) and next to the demonstration sites (see the map). Service traffic will be allowed in the morning from 6.30 to 8.00 and in the evening from to All vehicles must leave the exhibition area by 8.00 in the morning. No service traffic will be allowed during the opening hours To ensure visitor safety, all vehicle traffic (including mopeds and ATVs) during the opening hours will be absolutely forbidden.

2 FinnMETKO Exhibition Hall (Stands ) The indoor stands will be located in the FinnMETKO Exhibition Hall. The stand prices include basic wall structures, i.e. 2.5 metre high wall, crossbeam with texts and necessary support structures. The indoor stands will be constructed by KOKO Lahti Oy / Lahden Messut. Lahden Messut also offers exhibitors occupying indoor stands other construction services and rental of additional structures and fittings, as well as services and structures for stands in the whole exhibition area. An order form is available at and a copy will also be mailed to the exhibitors that have booked a stand in the FinnMETKO Hall. The basic structural plans of the indoor stands can be seen on the map. Boreal forest (Stands ) The boreal forest is a dry forest area from where the tree stand and stumps have been removed. Digging will not be allowed in the area. The stand sizes are shown on the map. Ball field (Stands ) The ball field is a hard, even field with macadam surface. The size of the area is 90 m x 60 m. It is a suitable area for stands presenting commercial vehicles, cars, trailers, tyres, oil products, etc. The surface of the area must not be damaged. The stand sizes are shown on the map. Forest park (Stands and ) Forest like park area, large trees, no demonstrations allowed. Fairly even boreal forest type terrain with large pine trees. Please ensure beforehand that your tent / the tent you hire will fit in the stand site. The average distance between trees is 4 5 m. The stand sizes are shown on the map. 2

3 Asphalt fields 1 and 2 and car port (Stands ) Even asphalt field. The stands are suitable for the presentation of building maintenance machines and equipment, oil products, etc. On one side of the field, there will be a car port, in which the depth of the stand will be 4 m, width 8 m (distance between poles) and height 2.5 m. Drilling holes in the asphalt field will be absolutely forbidden. One area of the field has been used for storing forest machinery. There are oil patches in the area and it is slightly sloping. 4 Works demonstration site (Stands ) The earthworks demonstration site will be a 7.5 ha gravel pit located 500 metres from the asphalt fields in the main exhibition area. It is suitable for demonstrating all earthworks machinery and equipment from excavators and dumpers to crushing machinery. The basic fair services will be available in the site. There will also be a separate entrance gate to the site and parking areas. If necessary, the stands can be combined. The stand sizes are shown on the map. 5 Wood harvesting demonstration site (Stands 821,854,860 and )) The wood harvesting demonstration (thinning, energy wood harvesting) site will be located near the main exhibition area. The thinning and energy wood harvesting sites will have separate entrance gates, parking places and restaurant services. Part of the thinning sites may be fenced to ensure visitor safety. In the wood harvesting sites, the exhibitors will be responsible for the safety of the visitors. Finnmetko Oy will be responsible for safety on the passageways.
