3 Avant-propos Le D I U M contient les distances tarifaires entre les gares intérieures et les points frontière re des pays participants. Ces distances sont valables pour le calcul de la taxe de transport de toutes les expéditions de marchandises et d animaux vivants en trafic international, dans la mesure où les tarifs internationaux directs correspondants renvoient audium. Mentionner en lettre de voiture CIM/lettre de wagon CUV un site ferroviaire comme gare de départ/de destination n est pas autorisé; par contre, le mentionner dans les cases relatives au «Lieu de prise en charge/ de livraison» est permis. Les distances définies pour la gare qui dessert un site ferroviaire sont utilisées pour déterminer les distances vers ce lieu de prise en charge/de livraison. 10 Gare de réexpédition de marchandises pour les transports CIM / SMGS. Les gares et pointes tarifaires nouvelles, et lesquelles don t les codes UIC ou autres conditions d utilisation étaient changé, sont indiquées par dans la colone des Numéros de Code UIC. Les renseignements ci-dessus sont donnés à titre de simple indication et n engagent nullement la responsabilité des réseaux de chemins de fer. Seules les prescriptions des tarifs intérieurs des différents réseaux de chemins de fer ont un caractère obligatoire. 5 Vorwort Der D I U M enthält die Tarifentfernungen zwischen den Binnenbahnhöfen und den Grenzübergangspunkten der beteiligten Länder. Sie gelten für die Frachtberechnung aller Sendungen im internationalen Güter- und Tierverkehr, sofern die entsprechenden direkten internationalen Tarife auf den D I U M verweisen. Die im Kopf der Entfernungsspalten genannten Grenzübergangspunkte sind unter Angabe der abgekürzten Bezeichnung und des Landeskodes des Nachbarlandes nach Ländern geordnet. Die allgemeinen Verweisungszahlen in der Spalte der Frachtberechnungspunkte und bei den im Kopf der Entfernungsspalten genannten Grenzpunkten bedeuten: (Angaben zu den Besonderen Verweisungszeichen für die einzeln Bahnen siehe auf Seite 6 zu finden) 1 Grenzübergangspunkt, dient nur der Frachtberechnung im internationalen Verkehr. Angabe im Frachtbrief CIM/Wagenbrief CUV als Bestimmungsbahnhof nicht zulässig 2 Grenzübergangspunkt mit Einschränkungen. 3 Binnenbahnhof mit Zollbehandlungsmöglichkeiten. 4 Bahnhof mit anderen Abfertigungsbeschränkungen. 5 Bahnhof nur für Ganzzüge geöffnet 6 Verkehr bis auf weiteres eingestellt, mit Ausnahme bilateraler Verkehr. 7 Bahnhöf, für die Zuschlagfrachten oder Nebenentgelte berechnet werden. 8 Bahnhof, der im Versand und Empfang nur für Sendungen von und nach Privatgleisanschlüssen zugelassen ist. 9 Ladestellen = jede Ladestelle ist einem Güterbahnhof zugeordnet. Eine Ladestelle darf im Frachtbrief CIM/ Wagenbrief CUV nicht als Versand-/Ablieferungsbahnhof, kann aber im Feld Übernahme-/Ablieferungsort als die Stelle genannt werden, auf der die Sendung bereitgestellt werden soll. Zur Entfernungsermittlung bei Ladestellen werden die Entfernungen des zuständigen Güterbahnhofs zu Grunde gelegt. 10 Reexpeditionsbahnhof für CIM-/SMGS-Verkehre. Neue Bahnöfe und Tarifpunkt, sowie solchen deren UIC Kodenummer oder anderen Benutzungsbedingungen geändert wurden, sind mit in der UIC Kodenummer Spalte gekennzeichnet. Die vorgenannten Hinweise sind unverbindlich und begründen keine Haftungspflicht der Eisenbahnen. Rechtsverbindlich sind ausschließlich die Bestimmungen in den Binnentarifen der einzelnen Bahnen. Maßgebend für alle Einschränkungen und technischen Einrichtungen der Bahnhöfe sind ebenfalls die Binnentarife der einzelnen Bahnen
6 Besondere Verweisungszeichen a) Seitenrampe b) Kopframpe c) Bahnhof für Behandlung von Großcontainern geöffnet (Terminalbahnhof) d) Bahnhof für Stoffe und Gegenstände der Klasse 1 des RID nicht zugelassen e) Bahnhof für Stoffe und Gegenstände der Klasse 3 des RID nicht zugelassen, ausser unter besonderen Bedingungen der Besitzer von Anschlußgleisen f) - g) Die tarifarische Entfernung zwischen den an den Strecken Pula/Raša - Lupoglav-Buzet Gr. und Ploče - Metković Gr. liegenden Versand - bzw. Bestimmungsbahnhöfen, die vom Stammnetz der Kroatischen Eisenbahnen physisch getrennt sind, einerseits und den übrigen an den HŽ-Strecken liegenden Versand-, Bestimmungs- und Grenzbahnhöfen andererseits wird durch das Addieren der jeweiligen Entfernungen ermittelt. Die auf diese Weise ermittelte Gesammtsumme stellt die tarifarische Entfernung für die HŽ-Strecken dar. Anmerkung: Es handelt sich um folgende an den HŽ-Strecken außerhalb des Stammnetzes der HŽ liegenden Bahnhöfe: Buzet, Kanfanar, Kršan, Lupoglav, Metković, Opuzen, Pazin, Ploče, Pula, Raša. h) Nur für Bedürfnisse der HŽ (Bahnhöfe Zagreb Borongaj, Zagreb Glavni kolodvor, Zagreb Ranžirni kolodvor). Sämtliche im DIUM enthaltenen Hinweise sind als Behelf im kundendienstlichen Sinne zu verstehen. Es handelt sich um eine Aufzählung der wichtigsten Besonderheiten. Die vollständige und vor allem rechtlich verbindliche Darstellung aller Besonderheiten ist in den Binnentarifen enthalten. Die Angaben des DIUM begründen daher keine eisenbahnrechtliche Haftung
7 Foreword The D I U M contains the tariff distances between the internal stations and frontier points of the participating railways. They are applicable when calculating carriage charges for all international freight and livestock consignments, in so far as the through international tariffs make reference to the D I U M. The D I U M consists of the following sections: AL Albanian LU Luxembourg AT Austria MK Macedonian BE Belgium ME Montenegro BA Bosnia - Herzegovina NL Netherlands BG Bulgaria NO Norway HR Croatia PL Poland CZ Czech Republic PT Portugal DK Denmark RO Romania FR France RS Serbia FI Finland SK Slovakia DE Germany SI Slovenia GB Great Britain ES Spain GR Greece SE Sweden HU Hungary CH Switzerland IT Italy UA Ukraine LT Lithuania The stations/terminals included in the left-hand column are listed alphabetically, the frontier points being shown in heavy type. The frontier points mentioned in the headings of the distance columns are listed in country order in line with the abbreviated designation and the country code of the neighbouring country. The footnote numbers shown in the stations/terminals column and at the head of distance columns under the names of frontier points indicate: (For the National Reference codes for different railway administrations, see page 8) 1 Frontier points other than frontier stations only used for calculating charges for international traffic. Not to be shown as a destination station on the consignment note CIM / consignment note CUV. 2 Frontier point with restrictions. 3 Internal station with Customs Clearance facilities. 4 Station with other special dispatch restrictions. 5 Station only open for full trains load. 6 Services discontinued until further notice, except for bilateral traffic. 7 Stations for which supplementary or ancillary charges are payable. 8 Station open only to or from private sidings. 9 Loading yard = each loading yard is assigned to a freight depot. In the consignment note, a loading yard must not be given as the destination/delivery depot but may be given in the acceptance/delivery location box as the yard at which the consignment note CIM / consignment note CUV CUV is to be made available. In order to determine distances for loading yards, the distances of the freight depot responsible are used as a basis. 10 Reconsigning station CIM- / SMGS Traffic. New station locations, as well as those for wich the details have been changed, are indicated with in the UIC Code Number column. The above details are not binding and confer no railway liability. Only the regulations in the internal tariffs of the individual railways are legally binding. Similarly, all restrictions and information regarding the technical equipment of the stations are defined in the internal tariffs of the individual railways

9 Predgovor DIUM sadržava tarifne udaljenosti između kolodvora u unutrašnjosti i graničnih prijelaza zemalja koje sudjeluju u prijevozu. Za računanje prevoznine za sve pošiljke u međunarodnom prijevozu tereta i životinjâ udaljenosti vrijede onda ako odgovarajuće međunarodne tarife upućuju na primjenu DIUM-a. DIUM se sastoji od tablicâ sljedećih zemalja: AL Albanija MK Makedonija AT Austrija DE Njemačka BE Belgija NL Nizozemska BA Bosna i Hercegovina NO Norveška BG Bugarska PL Poljska ME Crna Gora PT Portugal CZ Češka RO Rumunjska DK Danska SK Slovačka FI Finska SI Slovenija FR Francuska RS Srbija GR Grčka ES Španjolska HR Hrvatska SE Švedska IT Italija CH Švicarska LT Litva UA Ukraina LU Luksemburg GB Velika Britanija HU Mađarska Kolodvori navedeni u lijevom stupcu razvrstani su po abecednom redu, a granični prijelazi otisnuti su masnim slovima. Granični prijelazi navedeni u zaglavlju tablice poredani su prema zemljama ispod kratice za zemlju i njezine šifre te šifre susjednih zemalja. Opći brojevi napomena u stupcu kolodvorâ i u glavi navedenih graničnih prijelaza znače: ( Posebne oznake napomena pojedinih željeznica navedena su na strani 10) 1 Granični prijelaz koji u CIM teretnom listu / CUV vagonskom listu ne može biti naveden kao odredišni kolodvor, nego se rabi za obračun prevoznine u međunarodnom prijevozu. 2 Granični prijelaz sa ograničenjima. 3 Tuzemni kolodvor s mogučnošću obavljanja carine. 4 Kolodvor s drugim posebnim ograničenjima u otpremi. 5 Kolodvor otvoren samo za kompletne vlakove. 6 Promet zatvoren do daljnjega, osim za bilateralni promet 7 Kolodvori za koje se obračunavaju dodatne prevoznine ili dodatne naknade. 8 Kolodvor koji je u otpremi i prijemu dozvoljen samo za pošiljke sa industrijskog kolosijeka i na industrijski kolosijek. 9 Utovarno mjesto= svako utovarno mjesto pripada jednom teretnom kolodvoru. Utovarno mjesto se u CIM teretnom listu/cuv vagonskom listu ne smije navesti kao otpremni kolodvor/kolodvor isporuke, međutim u polju mjesto preuzimanja/isporuke može se navesti kao mjesto na koje se treba dostaviti pošiljka. Pri izračunu udaljenosti utovarnih mjesta koriste se udaljenosti nadležnog teretnog kolodvora. 10 Kolodvor za reekspediciju za CIM-/SMGS-promet. Novi kolodvori i tarifne točke kojima su UIC kodni brojevi ili drugi korisnički uvjeti promjenjeni označeni su. Navedene napomene nisu obvezujuće i ne podliježu odgovornosti željeznica. Pravno obvezujuće jesu isključivo odredbe navedene u unutarnjim tarifama pojedinih željeznica. Za podatke o ograničenjima i tehničkoj opremljenosti kolodvora mjerodavne su također unutarnje tarife pojedinih željeznica
10 Posebne oznake napomena a) Bočna rampa. b) Čelna rampa. c) Kolodvor otvoren za manipulaciju velikim kontejnerima (kontejnerski terminal). d) Kolodvor zatvoren za pošiljke tvari i predmeta razreda 1 RID. e) e) Kolodvor zatvoren za pošiljke tvari i predmeta razreda 3 RID, osim pod posebnim uvjetima vlasnika industrijskog kolosijeka. f) - g) Za otpremne ili odredišne kolodvore koji se nalaze na prugama Pula/Raša - Lupoglav - Buzet gr. i Ploče Metković gr., koje su fizički odvojene od HŽ-ove matične mreže, tarifna udaljenost između njih i drugih kolodvora (otpremnih, odredišnih, pograničnih) koji se nalaze na HŽ-ovoj matičnoj mreži izračunava se zbrajanjem pojedinačnih udaljenosti za svaki dio mreže. Zbroj dobiven na takav način jest tarifna udaljenost za HŽ-ove pruge. Napomena: Kolodvori na spomenutim prugama jesu Buzet, Kanfanar, Kršan, Lupoglav, Metković, Opuzen, Pazin, Ploče, Pula, Raša. h) Samo za HŽ-ove potrebe (Zagreb Borongaj, Zagreb Glavni kolodvor, Zagreb Ranžirni kolodvor). Sve upute sadržane u DIUM-u trebaju se razumijevati kao pomoć pri pružanju uslugâ komitentima. Nabrojene su najvažnije posebnosti. Potpuni i pravno obvezujući prikaz posebnosti sadržan je u unutarnjim tarifama. Podatci u DIUM-u stoga ne znače zakonsko-pravnu obvezu željeznice
