1 MINISTRY OF SEA, TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE 3989 Pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 5, Subparagraph 2 of the Law on Public Roads (Official Gazette No. 180/04 and 138/06), the Minister of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure renders the following DECISION ON PUBLIC ROADS THAT HAVE TO BE USED BY TRUCKS / HEAVY VEHICLES PASSING IN TRANSIT THROUGH THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Article 1 The transit traffic of trucks with or without trailer, exceeding 7.5 tons in total weight, and/or 14 meters in length either alone or with an attached vehicle, shall only be operated along the following road network corridors in the Republic of Croatia: MOTORWAYS Road No. A1 A2 A3 A4 LIST OF ROADS THAT CAN BE USED FOR TRANSIT TRAFFIC THROUGH THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Road description Zagreb (Lučko Interchange, A3) Karlovac Bosiljevo Split Šestanovac Ravča Interchange (D62) Macelj B.C. Article 3 The transit truck traffic regulated by this Decision shall be supervised by the Ministry of Interior and by the Inspections Department of the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, in accordance with regulations defining their respective competences. Article 4 The map of the road transit corridors is an integral part of this Decision.
