1 TRAVEL TO REMEMBER presents EUROPEAN AUTOMOTIVE TOUR with Danube Riverboat Cruise July 26th August Wednesday, July 26: Depart Indianapolis for flight to Stuttgart Thursday, July 27 : Upon arrival in Stuttgart, we will have a bus to transport us to the center of town where we will take a short tour of the area with a break for lunch. After lunch we will visit the Mercedes Benz museum, which is the only museum in the world that can document in a single continuous timeline the 130 years of auto industry history from its very beginnings to the present day. On nine levels and covering a floor space of 16,500 square metres, the museum presents 160 vehicles and over 1,500 exhibits. As a place of innovation, it also demonstrates that history can point the way ahead. For those not wanting the Mercedes tour, you will have free time to explore the Stuttgart area near the Hotel or take an optional open top bus tour. This afternoon, we will check into our 5 star hotel, the Hotel Am Schlossgarten. Tonight, we will enjoy a welcome dinner. Friday, July 28: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then travel to Sinsheim to visit the Auto and Technik Museum. Their spectacular collection includes over 300 vintage cars, American Dream Cars collection from the 1950s and 40 race and sports cars. The museum has over 3000 exhibits. All around are hundreds of cars- from modern to Formula One racers and Le Mans-winning sports cars to American iron and rows of Mercedes (including Heinrich Himmler's personal cars). Hundreds of motorcycles, 22 locomotives and all types of German and American military vehicles complete this impressive collection.

2 For those who might prefer, there will be an option to skip the Mercedes tour and go directly to Heidelberg. You will have free time for shopping, explore the old city and enjoy a pleasant lunch. After lunch, we will meet up with the earlier group for a guided tour of this town of 150,000 inhabitants located in the Rhine Rift valley including a visit to the magnifient castle that stands guard over the old city. We return to our Stuttgart hotel. Dinner tonight is on your own. Saturday, July 29: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we check out of our hotel. Before we leave Stuttgart, we visit the Porsche Museum. One of the greatest and most spectacular building projects in the history of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG was completed in December 2008: the new Porsche Museum in Stuttgart- Zuffenhausen. Located directly in the very heart of this unique sports car company so rich in tradition, the Museum serves to present the fascinating thrill and diversity of the Porsche brand to visitors from all over the world. More than 80 cars are on display in the 5,600 square meters (60,250 square feet) Exhibition Area styled and designed futuristically by the Viennese architects Delugan Meissl, ranging from the legendary wheel hub motor of the Lohner-Porsche, the world's first hybrid automobile built as far back as in 1900, all the way to the latest generation of the Porsche 911. For those who prefer, you will have option to remain at the hotel for a leisurely morning and will join the group after the museum tour. Following out visit, we drive to Munich where we check into the beautiful Sofitel Hotel. This 5-star hotel in Munich is based in a magnificent, Wilhelmian building in the heart of the city. Experience the metropolitan design and city history in the historical post office in Munich. Dinner is on your own.

3 Sunday, July 30 After breakfast at our hotel, we will take a special tour into the darkest part of German history as we visit the memorial site of Nazi Concentration Camp at Dachau. We will see an introduction video before we have time to explore the area in our individual pace with audio guides. Back in Munich, we will enjoy a guided tour of the historic center of the city followed by some free time for shopping. Tonight we enjoy dinner in one of the classic bier gartens of the city. Monday, July 31 Enjoy breakfast and then we depart our hotel for a guided sightseeing tour of the BMW Museum and the BMW factory. This museum shows BMW's technical development throughout the company's history. It contains engines and turbines, aircraft, motorcycles, and vehicles in a plethora of possible variations. In addition to actual models, there are futuristic-looking, even conceptual studies from the past 20 years. The BMW Group Munich Plant, right next to the BMW Welt, offers guests a direct insight into state-of-the-art automobile manufacture. The tour through BMW s original plant offers an exciting look into at all areas of automobile production.
