Guardsman Limited has branches in Kingston, Montego Bay, May Pen, Mandeville and Negril. Guardsman Armoured Limited, established in 1981, is an all-island courier service, fully staffed with trained armed personnel and specially equipped armoured trucks, offering services for deposits, pick-ups and delivery of valuables, cash and non-negotiables. Air-lift facilities are also available. Guardsman Armoured has branches in Kingston, Montego Bay, Mandeville, Ocho Rios and Port Antonio. Guardsman Alarms Limited, (Pioneers in the electronic security industry) established in 1983, offers state-of-art electronic computerized monitoring facilities for security alarms in homes and businesses. Twenty-four (24) hour armed response to emergencies. Services include: Armed Response, Mobile Patrols, Armed Escorts, Roadside Assistance, Medic Alert, Temperature Sensing, Perimeter Protection, Security Lighting, Access Control, Closed Circuit Television Systems, Burglary Alarms, Panic Alarms, Fire Alarms and Vehicle Tracking. Clearchannel Communications Limited, established in 1989, offers island-wide state-ofthe-art radio communications to the Group and the wider society by means of advanced digital technology with the use of microprocessors. A new addition to our services is the Automatic Vehicle Location Systems (AVLS), which provides real-time reports on all vehicles within your fleet. Guardsman Farm Serenity was established in 1986 with its main focus being civic involvement and environmental education. It is located in Bushy Park, St. Catherine. Approximately twelve thousand (12,000) children visit the farm annually. It has a mini zoo with exotic birds, llamas, ostriches, and snakes just to name a few. Trailer rides are offered to the children, as well as horse back rides. Since 1997 a fishing village has been introduced. 4 INTERNATIONAL Guardsman St. Vincent and the Grenadines Guardsman St. Vincent and the Grenadines Limited is a joint venture between Guardsman Limited, a regional leader in the security industry, and two local entrepreneurs, Mr. Keith Howard and Mr. Albert Porter. Guardsman Barbados Guardsman Barbados Limited is a registered Company that was created in continuance to Guardsman s expansion to the wider Caribbean This Company should be fully operational by May Guardsman St. Lucia Guardsman St. Lucia Limited was established in October 2004 and has commenced providing unarmed guard services. It has now introduced its cash-in-transit armoured service and armed guard services. PROFILE INDUSTRY INTERESTS The Jamaica Society for Industrial Security (JSIS) is a lobby group originally established in 1975, comprising 25 security companies representing 70% of the guard force in Jamaica. It had become dormant and in May 1990, was revived under the leadership of Mr. Kenneth Benjamin who was appointed President from , enabling the Guardsman Group of Companies to play an even more dominant role in the security industry of the island. Mr. Benjamin was nominated in 1993 to be on a nine-member committee appointed by the Minister of National Security and Justice to ensure that the legislation for the Private Security Regulation Authority Act 1992 was implemented and adhered to. He was reappointed to that committee in 2002 for a further two years. This Act regulates and monitors the operations of private contract security organizations, private investigation organizations and private security guards. Mr. Benjamin is the owner of the acclaimed trademark Reggae Sunsplash. THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE ANIMALS Mr. Benjamin is also deeply involved in the revitalization of the over 100-year old Jamaica Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (JSPCA) of which he has been the Chairman for ten successive years and a most generous benefactor.

5 Mr. Benjamin developed a programme that encourages the children of today to become strongly aware of the many environmental and conservation problems we now face, and takes the form of a guided tour of Guardsman Farms, "Serenity". This programme received the Environmental Education Award for 1995 from the American Chamber of Commerce. For over ten years Guardsman Limited sponsored the Jamaica Kennel Club s Autumn Championship Dog Show, which is held every November. CIVIC AND SOCIAL INTERESTS The year 2000 saw Mr. Benjamin being inducted as a member of the International Who s Who. Guardsman Group of Companies has also adopted the Marigold Child Care Centre which houses 46 retarded and abandoned children between the ages of 3 months to 15 years and provides them with free medical treatment from the Guardsman Group Medical Centre, pay the salary of one care-giver, as well as weekly provisions. ARTS AND CULTURE He is a avid supporter of the Arts and Cultural activities. In 1994, he sponsored a dance choreographed by Prof. Rex Nettleford for the National Dance Theatre Company. His art collection includes names such as Eddy, Royan, Van Pitterson, McAnuff, Spencer and noted Cuban artists, also a ten-piece commissioned relief series by Susan Alexander depicting the arrivals of the various ethnic groups to Jamaica signified the 150th Anniversary of the Arrivals of East Indians to Jamaica. Mr. Benjamin served as the Chairman of Finance Committee for the various events that were organized to mark this occasion.
