12 PROFILE OF PRINCIPAL CONSULTANTS Courtney O. Currie has over 25 years professional experience in Electrical Engineer. He is one of the founders of LIMCO Engineering in Jamaica which Courtney O. Currie, P.E. C.E.O the charge Courtney quickly expanded its reach into the regional markets such as Barbados, in 2013 successfully became a member of the Licensed Professional Engineers in the State of Florida once again tapping into new markets as a Jamaican Engineer. Courtney is a graduate of the College of Arts, Science & Technology, now working knowledge in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in HVAC and Sewage system designs. As Principal Engineer, Courtney has been the Lead engineer on all the major developed a wide and varied experiences in the management and execution of mechanical + electrical engineering projects. Mr. Courtney O. Currie currently serves on the Board of Examiners (Licensing of Electricians) Jamaica and is a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE), Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He is licensed and practices engineering in 5 jurisdictions, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, and the State of Florida in the United States of America. page 10

19 GOVERNMENT EDUCATION & SCHOOLS Project Synopsis: The Education Sector Enhancement Programme EDUTECH 2000 was a radical new approach to the delivery of education in Barbados. The ESEP comprised of four closely inter-related components, one of which is a Technological infrastructure. We were elated to come onboard in Phase EDUtech 2000 G overnment of Barbados III of the project to provide electrical, programme, which included the rehabilitation, and the construction of new school Kingston, Jamaica. page 17 16

GOVERNMENT AIR & TRANSPORTATION HIGHWAY 2000 Project Synopsis: Highway 2000 is the center piece of a multi-year Millennium Projects Programme initiated by the Government of Jamaica.

Highway 2000 will connect the capital Kingston with Montego Bay and Ocho Rios passing through St. Catherine, Manchester, St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, and St. Ann.

The main objective of these projects is to upgrade the country s infrastructure and assist in providing economic opportunities for growth and the creation of jobs. Highway 2000 will connect the capital Kingston with Montego Bay and Ocho Rios passing through St. Catherine, Manchester, St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, and St. Ann. LIMCO Engineering & Contracting Services was awarded a contract by the developer, Bouygues Travaux Publics (Jamaican) contacted us to provide support services in the design and implementation of the street lighting for the toll plazas, and interchanges. The Scope of Work included the design of the electrical power distribution system, the preparation of working drawings (shop drawings), and the preparation of As built drawings. The assignment was successfully completed and we were further engaged for the design of the street lighting system for the Marcus Garvey Drive extension from the interchange to the Greenwich intersection. page 21 Bouyges Travaux Publics (Jamaica) 20
