Plymouth Township Parks & Recrea on holds several one week summer camps including: Superhero Adventure Under the Sea Track & Field Camp Cheerleading Basketball Lacrosse Cooking Wilderness Survival Theater and more! How to register: Online: Call before registering to guarantee you are charged the proper rate. You will need to submit all required forms prior to camp. In person: Please print and complete the registra on forms in advance from our website for a smoother registra on experience. No registrations will be taken over the phone. Required Forms: Complete Registration and Waiver forms Birth Certificate Certification of Medical Fitness & Vaccination Status The Certification of Medical Fitness & Vaccination Status form should be completed by your physician and returned prior to participation. A copy of the form you submit to school is acceptable. These forms will be kept on file and be valid for 1 year after the physical date. Refunds: There will be NO REFUNDS granted for ANY camp program. Par cipants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs or health. Under certain circumstances, household credits

3 Camp GPCC (Ages 6-12 years) This traditional day camp has a wide variety of activities including arts and crafts, sports, trips and swimming. Campers are separated into three age groups; 6 7 year olds, 8 9 years olds and year olds. If your child does not go on the trip, there is no camp. Children must bring a lunch, snack and bathing suit daily. A weekly trip is planned for an addi onal fee. A 5 year old may only a end Camp GPCC if they have completed Kindergarten. A parent mee ng will be held Thursday, June 1 from 7:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. to go over important camp informa on. There is no camp July 3rd & 4th. Monthly billing is available. The first (6/19 6/23) and last (8/21 8/25) weeks of camp do not include trips. There is NO extended care for Teen Camp Campers must bring a lunch and snack daily. There is no camp held at the community center on trip days. A parent or legal guardian must sign all release forms.
