1 YMCA Price List August 2014 Booking To make a booking, or for more information, please contact us: e: YMCA@ymca-cw.org.uk t: To complete the order we must have a record of your name, address, address and phone number. Please be as specific as you can with sizes and quantities. Please try to make your orders in advance and by or phone. All equipment at YMCA hire is subject to availability. Pricing The prices in the first column are the charge per weekday. If the hire term includes a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) the customer will be charged the weekend tariff plus the weekday hire for any additional days. Customers will be charged for each day the equipment is required. If the equipment is returned before 2pm you will not be charged for the return day. Registered charities may receive a 20% discount. Payment Payment is to be made on collection by cash or cheque (made payable to Coventry and Warwickshire YMCA). We cannot yet accept card payments. Collection/Return Orders are to be collected from, and returned to, YMCA on the dates specified at the time of ordering. Orders returned before 2pm will not be charged for the return date Wherever possible, orders are to be collected from, and returned to the YMCA warehouse on Sandy Lane. Any deviations from this will be confirmed by YMCA staff at the time of booking. YMCA endeavours to be as flexible as possible with opening times, so do not hesitate to contact us.
