Topics will include a summary of tax reform changes for C and S Corporations and their impact on ESOP companies and those considering becoming ESOP companies. The discussion will include such topics as the impact lower tax rates will have on the company s valuation and its repurchase liabilities, as well as the impact the Tax Reform Act will have on the decision to become or remain a wholly-owned ESOP company.

I thought they were the expert, what should I be looking at? As part of the administration process, your TPA will send you reports to review eligibility reports, financials, summary of participant accounts. This session will go over the various items you, as the plan sponsor, should be thinking about and looking at as you review these reports. Following these steps will help prevent potential errors!
