3 Discounts on Fees Many discounts apply on: - early birds (discounts apply before March 31 and are much higher before January 31), - Session Leaders, - Presenters and, - for second and subsequently registered delegates from the same company (legal entity). 4 All Next Meeting Standards (cont.): Papers/presentations Management: No papers/presentations in paper file folders. Instead of file folders, containing papers/presentations, all files are ready to upload from Eurobanking website during the conference and after the conference. Registration: During Registration 1, delegates can choose the way to pay conference fees. Registration is opened in June.

5 All Next Meeting Standards (cont.): Registration process is two-phase process: Registration 1 is possible from June you give general data and decide on the payment option. Registration 2 is opened in November: you give travel data and express potential special wishes; for 2017 Mokrice Castle Meeting also: choice between Castle and new building stay.

6 Important Milestones: June: Call for Workshop Content and Presentations Registration opened Guidelines for Speakers End October: deadline for submission of abstracts and ideas for workshops End January: deadline for early birds registration End March: deadline for registration, submission of Presentation/papers and payment of Full Conference Fee. Two weeks before Meeting: no further changes of papers/presentations allowed.

14 Mokrice Castle 2017 Monday&Tuesday Afternoon&Evening Program On Monday, May 29, from 17:00 we shall join the school of golf to learn the basics of golf on our demo afternoon. Follows a competition In the evening we shall have dinner on the terrace of Golf Club House. On Tuesday, May 30, 17:00 depart by bus to Terme Čatež, Thermal Riviera. Afternoon will be free for swimming, sauna or wellness activities. Dinner will be at 20:00 at MM Restaurant in Hotel Terme on Thermal Riviera. Return by bus after dinner.

17 Where? Venue of the meeting will be Hotel Ibis Euston***, a Hotel with excellent logistics (across the road of one of the main railway and Metro stations in London Euston Station). It is easy to come by tube to Euston Station. Euston is a London Underground station served by the Victoria line and both branches of the Northern line. It directly connects with the Euston mainline station above it. The station is in Travelcard Zone 1.
