1 Coming Events Sheets are published every month to keep Members up to date with trips, courses and events that are scheduled in the Club s calendar. Some trips etc may not have been advertised in TLCC News because the information was not available at the time of the latest publication or because they have been registered after it was issued. See the TLCC Forum for all the very latest updates. April 2013 TRIPS & EVENTS REGISTRATION To advertise your trip or event, it is necessary to register it with the 4WD Activities Coordinator at General Meetings or by phone, but preferably register by to 4wdtrips@tlcc.com.au. Trips should be listed early to ensure inclusion in the Magazine, on the Forum and in the Coming Events Sheets. Please note: all dates, locations, destinations and events are subject to change, and are dependent upon available resources, weather and fire conditions, etc. Please always check with the listed contact for each trip or event before just attending. PLEASE NOTE If there are no course dates listed it does not mean that the course is not running, just that the next date has not been determined yet. Keep an eye on the Coming Events Sheets, or on the TLCC Forum for any course updates. Some courses are so popular there are waiting lists. If you are keen to attend any course, please add your name and details to the list on the Booking Table or ask the Education Coordinator to do so for you and you will be contacted as new course dates become available. DON T FORGET! Can t make it & have to cancel? Sometimes no matter how much you want to go, something comes up and you have to cancel. No problem! But it s important to let us know. So, if you can t make it for whatever reason, do the right thing and let the Course Presenter or Trip Leader know as soon as you can. Call them on their contact number, or send an with your name, the course or trip you were booked on and the dates. It will allow someone else to go and will be greatly appreciated by all.
