Group stopped. Field interviewed and released. RP paid for lights to remain on until 2100 and lights are off. Desk unable to contact any P&R employee. Advised. Male in women s restroom, has been there a long time and ladies are waiting in line. Informant is calling second hand. Gone on arrival. Appears to have locked himself in a stall in the bathroom and is yelling threats. Thinks he is on the phone but can t be sure. Name refused. Gone on arrival. 6/21/ BB players. Informant is umpire and he s

Preempted and dispatched to another call. 6/22/ Counter RP at Burbank PD counter. RP told Records his phone was stolen at the Olive Rec. Center. Someone called the RP and gave his name and phone number and said they found his phone, but RP thinks it was stolen and this is the suspect. Advised. 6/22/ Traffic Stop Between N. Lomita St. and S. Virginia Ave. Citation written. 6/23/ Counter Informant is concerned that there is a subject taking people s phones at the park by the basketball courts. Report taken DR# /26/ /26/ Johnny Carson Park (02) 6/08/ Subject Stop Advised 6/10/ Trespass in Joslyn Center (00) Larry Maxam (01) 6/22/ Suspicious subject 4 Skateboarder, off of Clark side. Sent on way. Do not cite. RP lost his keys by the playground. RP called AAA and they could not tow vehicle. RP will have locksmith come tomorrow. Closed by Communications Center. Skateboarders jumped over the fence and into the closed park. is secondhand. Stopped group and advised. Informant was at park around 2030 w/daughter and niece. As they walked by female, she commented to the niece that the other girl was cute and she was going to kidnap her. Informant then approached her and started asking questions. Informant says person talks to herself and feels that she may have some mental disabilities.

Yesterday, 1600 hrs, RP states that 2 males were following her and planning to rob her and her daughter as they were walking home from the mall. Advised. Informant is concerned the transients are setting up more and more tents and are staying there 24 hours/day. Today RP witnessed transient urinating in plain sight. Informant phone call was transferred to Officer Castro for more enforcement. Advised. Possible under the influence. Umpire at the game is slurring his words and smells of alcohol. Informant is concerned he may drive away. Checked ok. No evidence of crime. Coyote seen walking towards the park and RP is concerned for children. Other. Last seen 30 (?) ago. Suffers from Down Syndrome. Male, 60 years old. Resides in group home in Glendale. Preempted and dispatched to another call. Glendale has been notified and will send unit to check El Pollo Loco. Report taken. DR# RP found man. Advised. RP states group of 5 male gang members are verbally pressuring (but won t give picnic table. Unable to locate. RP is park employee. Says white Jeep Wrangler hit RP s car. Assisted. RP states driver of stalled car is an elderly female and she s blocking traffic. Assisted. Group being loud on basketball court. Sent on way. Between University Ave. and Tufts Ave. Checked ok.

Approximately 6/28/ progress 6/29/ Suspicious Subject Miller (01) 6/24/ subjects. Gone on arrival. Elderly male sitting between Amherst and children s playground next to tennis courts. Possible transient. Yelling and smoking. Unable to locate. Appears to be transient under tarp and near basketball courts. Appears to be selling drugs to passersby. Informant has witnessed this multiple times. Gone on arrival. RP would like officers to know there are multiple speeders on the street that leads to Miller park. Advised. Mtn. View (05) 6/11/ Loud music. Subjects gathered and playing music on basketball court area. Advised. 6/11/ Music recall. RP s windows and walls are shaking due to noise. Advised. 6/11/ Loud talking. Desk will recall RP and advise Party is cleaning up and leaving. that park has basketball tournament permit valid until Area Check. Advised. 6/26/ Stop Person on foot. Other. 6/28/ Suspicious vehicle occupied Bud Ovrom (07) 6/03/ Subject Stop Assisted. Two citations written. 6/04/ Traffic Stop Field interview and released. 6/05/ /08/ Area Check Playing loud music and possibly drinking. RP hears bottles. Sent on way. Transients drinking and being loud. Advised. progress. Teens. One has a knife. Used to stab cards while they are all sitting at the table. Gone on arrival.

Advised. Female hitting her car. Parked on Clybourn next to baseball field. Subject is pouring drinks out of her trunk in to a cup. Vehicle gone. Cancelled by informant. Vehicle approached RP and the male starting talking to RP. He asked for directions to Laurel Canyon. Male says he just wants to talk to female RP. Gone on arrival. Male near the men s room. Informant says subject is saying inappropriate things to children. Says subject is also smoking in areas designated as no smoking. Gone on arrival. Group of juveniles smoking marijuana. Gone on arrival. info. Informant is concerned b/c this is a new tent he hasn t seen at the park in the past. Advised. Sent on way. Preempted and dispatched to another call. 5 male teens loitering in park, possibly smoking. By aquatic center. Gone on arrival. RP at pool office. Says subject was filming kids at the pool. Subject is no longer there. Advised. Hypodermic needle. Contact RP in lower assembly room near restrooms. Property destroyed. 6/20/ Area check Preempted and dispatched to another call. 6/22/ Parking problem Check for violation. Channel 4 news truck parked in middle of road blocking traffic.
8 6/22/ Arrest Parked in red zone by pool. When RP honked for him to move along, man starting yelling at RP. Checked ok. Male employee was found videotaping female employees in locker room. Informant has taken his cell phone and suspect is still there. Arrest made. Report taken.
