4 Ohne. Hallo Heeey you! Hoooray! You have succeeded in getting on the bus to Hamburg on time! Like they say in West Flanders: a hood start is half the win. (But ofcourse this expression works better in Dutch). The theme of the stage is Everything with an H. This is ideal for West-Flemish people who pronounce every g as an h. We are going on a stage. That can (and will without a doubt) be amazingly fun! M&M have tried to plan everything in great detail in order for us to have a carefree week full of rehearsing and having fun. In this booklet you will find a lot of important information to get through the week well. Take it with you everywhere or download it onto your smartphone. This way, you always have the very important info on you. Read the booklet carefully and don t be shy to go to Maarten B. or Mathijs if you have any questions. 8 Fhour. How do you get everywhere Ticket U-Bahn + Bus We will use the public transport a lot this week. Everybody is responsible for his/her ticket. The cheapest option is a Flexi-week ticket (for two zones). You can buy this at the HVV ticket machines. A week ticket costs 17,5 0 euro and you can take any metro or bus with it, unlimited. On weekdays the metro rides from 4h30 till 1h (after that you can use the night busses). In the weekend there s busses and metro s 24h/24h. U-Bahn Generator Hostel > Mittelweg Walk to U-Bahn station stop Hauptbahnhof Süd. Take line U1 in the direction of Lattenkamp. Get off at stop Hallerstraße. OR Take line S11/S12/S31 until stop Dammtor. Sihx. Hamburg, hamburgers, whatever! Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany. It has 1.8 million inhabitants + 65 GUSO ers. The city of Hamburg is situated at one of the biggest ports in Europe.

The city of Hamburg is situated at one of the biggest ports in Europe. The Elbphilharmony is one the crème de la crème when it comes to concert halls. It is brand new and already known in the entire European musical world! A city with a harbour means a city with an active nightlife! Going out on the town is best done in Sankt-Pauli. With its famous Reeperbah and Große Freiheit (where the Beatles played there very first concert) and Sternschanze, with a Nazi bunker made into a top floor techno club as its piece de resistance. The U-Bahn drives till 1o clock on weekdays and after that, you can catch one of the many night busses. In the weekend, the U-Bahn rides out 24h/24h. Partying till the break of dawn is no problem in Hamburg! 11
