7 Fishing is a sport which combines peaceful and relaxing surroundings, a chance to experience the Scottish fresh air and hopefully a few thrills. Scotland is one of the worlds best locations for freshwater and sea angling. We can arrange bespoke fishing experiences, close to Turin.

8 Scotland is known for its beautiful scenery and has an endless list of hiking routes - each one with the wonderful Scottish countryside views. Post breakfast walks can be taken round either of the two lochs only minutes from the property. Glen Clova is only a short drive away. The scenery in Glen Clova is stunning all year round, offering scenes of verdant pine forests in summer or snowcapped hills in winter. Look out for eagles flying overhead, red squirrels in the woodland, or roe deer wandering the hillside. You can be greeted at the top by a Michelin Star Chef and enjoy the finest food with spectacular views into the valley.

11 No need to leave the property, Turin has its own whisky room. We can arrange for an expert to come to the property for an insight into some of the finest malts in the country. Alternatively, we can arrange for private distillery tours - both to whisky and some new Scottish gin distilleries.

13 Take a seat in the ancient stone circle and enjoy a dram of whisky. Allow our falconer to educate you in the art of falconry. You will have hands on experience with a variety of hunting birds, including the majestic Sea Eagle. You will have the chance to hold the birds and watch how the falcon roams the gardens.

All vegetables served are organic and picked on the day, sourced from a neighbouring walled garden.
