This property features a restaurant, swimming pool, internet, laundry and dry cleaning service, tennis court and is a perfect location for business and leisure travellers. Peninsula.Excelsior With a pool, gym and sauna along with restaurants and a bar this hotel is located in the heart of the city where the North- South, East-West MRT lines meet and within easy reach to the exciting landmarks of Singapore. The nearest MRT is City Hall which is just a few minutes walk. 3 Event Information Singapore Indoor Stadium The official venue will be the Singapore Indoor Stadium (SIS). Built at a cost of S$90 million this air-conditioned, multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility has a unique, ultra-modern design featuring an eye-catching roof reflecting traditional Asian cultural values. The two sides of the roof structure intersect to form the Chinese character for the lucky number 8. At its apex, the roof rises an impressive 40 metres, making it one of the tallest single-storey buildings in Singapore. Located on the outskirts of the Central Business District along Kallang Road, the SIS offers convenient access to the city centre and Changi International Airport. The SIS is easily accessible via the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) network of trains, public buses or taxis. Travel Extensions Singapore is the perfect access point from which to explore the neighbouring countries of Malaysia and Thailand or even venture further afield into China and experience the wondrous sights of the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors. Please Note * Triple share accommodation is not recommended due to restrictive room sizes. * Tour Costs for departure from Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth etc are available on request. * Tour Costs are based on flights noted on the Booking Form. Flights on alternative days or to/from alternative ports are subject to availability and possible fare increase. * Airport/hotel transfers are only available to tour members who book Singapore Airlines flights through our office as noted on the Booking Form. Tour members arriving on alternative flights or dates will need to make their own arrangements for airport transfers and taxis are a cheap and efficient option. Taxi - The SIS is five minutes by taxi from the city centre and various taxi pick up and drop off points are located at the roundabout along Stadium Road. Bus - The SIS is easily accessible via public buses - No s 11, 16, 608. The nearest bus stops are located along Stadium Walk and Stadium Crescent, near the East Entrance overhead bridge. Train - The SIS is just a 5-minute bus ride from the Kallang Mass Rapid Train (MRT) Station via Bus Service no. 11 at the Geylang Lorong 1 Bus Terminal across Sims Avenue. Alternatively a 10 minute walk from Kallang MRT station. The Stadium MRT Station on the circle line is expected to be operational in 2010 and is just a short walk from the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Tour packages include a MRT pass (with S$20.00 credit) which can be topped up at numerous outlets throughout Singapore and any MRT stations.

4 Booking Information Reservations and Payments To make a reservation, please note your preferred flights and hotel on the attached Booking Form and return to our office with a non-refundable deposit of $ per person. A confirmation letter will then be forwarded to you noting additional payment requirements as follows 30 October 2010 Additional $ per person 23 April 2011 Final payment due An invoice will be forwarded prior to final payment date noting tour costings, departure taxes, travel extensions etc. Late payment may result in your reservation being cancelled and subject to cancellation fees. All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking. If your flight or hotel preferences are unavailable we will contact you to discuss alternatives. Cancellation Penalties As deposits for Event tickets, accommodation and airline seats have been prepaid, cancellation fees (per person) will apply as follows - Cancellation Date Cancellation fee Prior to 01 February $ After 01 February 2010 up to 100% of tour cost Cancellations must be advised in writing Documentation All passengers require a passport with at least 3 months validity beyond their intended stay. A visa is currently not required for Australian and New Zealand passport holders visiting Singapore. If you are travelling on an alternative passport or wish to visit additional countries please contact your local consulate or our office for visa advice. Travel Insurance Travel Insurance is recommended to cover cancellation fees, loss of baggage, illness and injury etc. Travel insurance will not cover cancellation due to business or personal reasons. If you wish to take out a policy please note accordingly on the Booking Form. Amendments If you wish to change your booking after reservations have been confirmed, a request must be made in writing. If amendments are possible, a $75.00 minimum fee per change will apply in addition to amendment costs imposed by airlines and/or hotels.
