2 SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER BRISBANE / FRANKFURT Depart Brisbane flying Etihad, via Abu Dhabi, to Frankfurt. MONDAY 28 SEPTEMBER FRANKFURT / WURZBURG (THE ROMANTIC ROAD) On arrival at Frankfurt International Airport, you will be met by an experienced tour manager, driver and touring coach. Transfer to Wurzburg (driving time approx.1.5hrs), where you will stay for the next three nights on a bed, and breakfast basis. Würzburg is an ancient episcopal seat and a vibrant university town with a baroque,distinctly southern feel. It is in an idyllic setting surrounded by vineyards and is defined by its architectural splendours that reflect a range of epochs. Art, culture and Franconian wine are a way of life in Würzburg - they impart a Mediterranean joie de vivre. This evening there will be a Welcome Cocktail Party at your accommodation including drinks and hors d'oeuvres. TUESDAY 29 SEPTEMBER WURZBURG Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy some leisure time today for individual sightseeing and shopping. Lunch at your own arrangement. This afternoon there will be a guided tour through the Residence Palace. This evening there will be a Welcome dinner in a typical Bavarian Restaurant.

3 WEDNESDAY 30 SEPTEMBER WURZBURG / ROTHENBURG / WURZBURG Today you will travel to the walled city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber (driving time approx.1 hour). On the Romantic Road travelling through the south of Germany, Rothenburg is a must see. The unique atmosphere of Rothenburg can be experienced when you stroll through the high-ways and by-ways of the town, where you will discover evidence of a bygone age on almost every corner: lovingly restored house fronts, fountains, gables, bay windows and street signs all provide reminders of everydaylife long ago. Time at leisure for lunch, individual sightseeing and shopping. Afterwards, return to Wurzburg. This evening enjoy dinner in a typical Bavarian Restaurant. THURSDAY 01 OCTOBER WURZBURG / HEIDELBERG Breakfast at the hotel & check-out. Transfer to Heidelberg (driving time approx. 2 hours). Lunch at your own arrangement. To step into living history, come to Heidelberg! With its world-famous castle, picturesque city centre and Germany's oldest university, Heidelberg is brimming with beauty and scenes from times gone by. The city is not only legendary because of its unique splendour; it is also home to numerous institutions which enjoy high international standing, such as the university clinic and its schools of medicine and the humanities. The romantic Heidelberg cityscape is always worth a trip, but it becomes even more spectacular as the backdrop for the Heidelberg Spring Concerts, the Castle Festival and Castle Illuminations. Then there is a rich array of museums and galleries with exhibitions that will thrill any visitor with an eye for art and culture. Check in at the hotel. This evening you will enjoy dinner at a German Restaurant in the old town.

4 FRIDAY 02 OCTOBER HEIDELBURG / FRANKFURT / LONDON Breakfast at the hotel and then check out. Transfer to Frankfurt Airport for your flight to London (driving time approx. 1 hr). On arrival, transfer to your hotel in central London where you will stay for the next three nights on a bed and breakfast basis. SATURDAY 03 OCTOBER LONDON Today you will transfer to Twickenham to watch Pool A Game, Rugby World Cup 2015 Pool Match Australia v England SUNDAY 04 OCTOBER LONDON Morning at leisure before transferring to the Olympic Stadium for today s Pool D Game. Rugby World Cup 2015 Pool Match Ireland v Italy MONDAY 05 OCTOBER LONDON / DEVONSHIRE After breakfast, travel to the West Country of England where you will be based in Exeter for the next three nights on a bed and breakfast basis. TUESDAY 06 OCTOBER DEVONSHIRE Today we will drive south to the area of Penzance for views of St Michaels Mount. Enjoy a two course lunch in Cornwall.

5 WEDNESDAY 07 OCTOBER In the afternoon return to your hotel. DEVONSHIRE Today you will attend a fixture from Pool C at Sandy Park Rugby World Cup 2015 Pool Match Namibia v Georgia After the game you will return to your accommodation in Exeter. THURSDAY 08 OCTOBER DEVONSHIRE / SOMERSET Today, travel on to Bath. Here you will stay for the next four nights on a bed and breakfast basis. The day is at leisure to enjoy the many attractions of Britain s most beautiful city. FRIDAY 09 OCTOBER SOMERSET Sightseeing in the Cotswolds to include Warwick Castle. SATURDAY 10 OCTOBER SOMERSET Warwick Castle Today you will transfer to London for Australia s Final Pool Game at Twickenham, (journey time in each direction, 2 hours). WEDNESDAY 14 OCTOBER COTSWOLDS / LONDON Transfer to London via Windsor. Visit Windsor Castle enroute to London. Upon arrival in London, check in at your hotel where you will stay for the next five nights on a bed and breakfast basis. 7 MONDAY 19 OCTOBER LONDON / PARIS This morning you will transfer to St Pancras International Train Station, to take the Eurostar to Paris (journey time 2.5hrs). On arrival, you will be met by your motorcoach and English speaking guide and escorted on a half day city tour of Paris. Enjoy a panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris passing by the major sites and monuments of the French capital, such as the Louvre Museum & Louvre Pyramid, Vendome Square, Paris Opera House, Concorde Square, Champs-Elysées Avenue, Arc of Triomph, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, St Germain des Près area, Bastille Square with the new OperaHouse...Some photo stops will be included. 13 GULLIVERS SPORT TRAVEL - CONDITIONS OF BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY Gullivers Sport Travel Pty Ltd (which expression shall for the purpose of these conditions include and parents subsidiary affiliate or associated company and hereinafter shall be called the Company ) acts only as agents for the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines, or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contacts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for death of or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage) whether due to its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or overbookings or defaults, or from any causes beyond the Company s control or through the acts of default of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice having regards to unforeseen circumstances, foreign exchange fluctuations and variations in airline operating costs including but not limited to say an escalation of fuel prices. Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person or any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The issuance and acceptance or receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or travel orders shall be deemed consent to the above. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Tour Prices: The costs for all tours are based on current airline schedules, airfares and a minimum of 40 passengers traveling together on each tour coach. Land costs are based on an exchange rate of.52 (selling rate) against the UK Pound &.69 (selling rate) against the Euro. Tour costs shown are subject to alteration (up or down) due to exchange rate fluctuations and increases in land and air costs which arise prior to receipt of final payment. Costs will also depend on availability of hotels quoted on. Tour prices are sold as a complete package. Alterations and deviations during the tour itinerary will not be accepted. Reservations and Deposits: An initial deposit of $2, per tour member is required at the time of booking. An interim payment of $5, will be due no later than the 1 st of October If the initial deposit is paid after the 1 st of October 2014, the deposit will be $7, (payment 1 & 2). Balance of payment is due no later than the 1 st of June Tax invoices will be issued prior to the relevant due dates late payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation and will be subject to cancellation fees. Deposit and payment conditions for extended travel arrangements will be advised when bookings are requested. Cancellation penalties: In the event that you are forced to cancel your reservation, your intention to do so must be notified to Gullivers Sport Travel in writing. The following cancellation penalties apply: Date of initial deposit up to 30 th September 2014: the cancellation fee is $ per person 1 st of October st of May 2015: the total cancellation fee is $ per person 1 st of June 2015 departure day: 100% of total tour cost per person After commencement of travel no refunds under any circumstances. It is imperative that comprehensive travel insurance is taken at the time of booking. Besides covering all medical and loss of baggage during the tour, the policy covers loss of deposit if you cancel due to medical reasons (see policy details). Gullivers Sport Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of 40 people is not reached. If this is the case you will either be allocated on an alternative tour or if not suitable a refund will be given. The tour leaders on each tour are confirmed at date of publication however if a tour leader is changed due to circumstances beyond Gullivers control, Gullivers cannot be held responsible for such change. Amendment Fee: Any person wishing to amend from the group tour arrangements before or after the tour package must notify Gullivers Sport Travel in writing and will be charged a standard $ amendment fee per person plus any additional charges involved with the amendment (increase in airfare, additional transfers, accommodation etc). Please note that your deviation may be subject to airline / supplier season changes and may incur additional costs, surcharges & taxes. Documentation: All passengers require a passport with minimum 6 months validity from your return date to Australia. Passengers traveling on a passport other than an Australian passport must advise Gullivers Sport Travel to ensure you meet visa requirements overseas and on your return to Australia. Visa requirements are the passengers own responsibility. Please ensure all names provided to us are as per the passengers passports. Baggage: Free baggage allowance one piece weighing maximum 20 kg (this may vary with some airlines) plus 1 cabin bag (piece) of 115cm with a maximum weight of 5kg per person (economy class). Luggage in excess of these limits will be charged at the appropriate excess baggage rates by the airline. Baggage is the responsibility of the passenger at all times (Travel Insurance is strongly recommended). Travel Insurance Protection: Travel insurance is strongly advised for all tour members. Brochures detailing coverage are available from Gullivers Sport Travel s preferred insurer and will be forwarded to you on request. Please note Travel Insurance will provide cover 12 months prior to departure. Accommodation: If you are wanting to share with another tour member we will endeavour to meet your request. However in the event that this it is not possible then the single room supplement must be paid. Airport Taxes (Departure, Arrival, Security & Government taxes etc): Are not included in the tour cost as they are continually changing ie. due to exchange rate fluctuations, adding & deleting of taxes etc. Taxes will be advised and payable at the time of final payment. Airline Surcharges & Levies: The current fuel surcharge has been included in the tour cost but is subject to change. Any of these charges imposed by the airline will be notified to you and payable at the time of final payment. Frequent flyer/mileage accrual: Some group airfares are not eligible to accrue frequent flyer points (due to discounted group airfares). Please advise your travel consultant if you are a member of the airlines associated frequent flyer program to see if your fare is eligible for frequent flyer point accrual. Travel Advisories : We strongly suggest that you consult the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) website and register (either group or individual) so that you are kept up to date with any travel warnings or advisories that may be in place for your destinations ( You should also advise DFAT of your travel details such as date of departure and itinerary. Travel and Immunisations: It is essential that all tour participants discuss their personal travel plans with a health professional to ensure you have the correct vaccinations for your trip and any booster doses of childhood vaccinations you may need. Upon re-entry into Australia, Customs & Immigration will request a copy of your vaccination certificate if you have visited areas that have current health risks or hazardous diseases.
