2 SATURDAY 17 OCTOBER BRISBANE / PRAGUE Depart Brisbane flying Emirates, via Dubai, to Prague. SUNDAY 18 OCTOBER PRAGUE On arrival at Prague Airport you will be met by a Gullivers Sport Travel representative and transferred to your accommodation in Prague. Prague, the city of a hundred spires is the living soul of the Czech Republic. Prague has been a junction of European trade routes and a political and social centre for centuries. As history passed through Prague it left an indelible mark everywhere, as well as many cultures that had met in Prague during past times. This beautiful mixture of many styles from Romanesque and Baroque to Art Nouveau, Cubist and contemporary styles together with the Jewish Quarter and innumerable entertainment opportunities has created the unforgettable atmosphere and made Prague one of the worthiest places in the world to visit. 3 MONDAY 19 OCTOBER PRAGUE Breakfast at the hotel. Full day guided city tour of Prague with English-speaking local guide. Start your guided city tour with the 1000 year old Hradcany Castle and majestic St Vitus Cathedral. Descend to the Old Town, where the tour concludes at the fascinating Astronomical Clock in the city square. In the afternoon your guide will escort you to Prague Castle where you will have a guided tour. Later, there is time to shop for fine Bohemian crystal, Carlsbad porcelain or superb costume jewelry; treasures for which the Czech Republic is world-famous. Dinner at your own arrangements. TUESDAY 20 OCTOBER PRAGUE Breakfast at your hotel. A full day at leisure to explore one of Europe s most enchanting cities. You may like to visit the Jewish quarter where the world s oldest synagogue still operates, or enjoy a pleasant walk across Charles Bridge to the cobbled streets of Malá Strana, the Lesser Town. Certainly take some time to admire the fairytale architecture of the city that was once the medieval seat of the Holy Roman Empire and is now a regular film location for movies such as Amadeus and the Bourne Identity.

4 WEDNESDAY 21 OCTOBER PRAGUE / DRESDEN / BERLIN This morning after breakfast you will check out of the hotel. Transfer to Prague train station where you will travel to Dresden. You will have free time for lunch and to explore Dresden before being met by your touring manager, coach and driver in Dresden to continue your trip to Berlin. Approximate transfer times Dresden / Berlin (2.5 hours) Upon arrival into Berlin you will check into your accommodation where you will stay for the next two nights on a bed and buffet breakfast basis. Berlin is a city with two centres - the cluster of expensive hotels, bars, cinemas, shops around the Memorial Church, a sparkling nucleus of light, like a sham diamond, in the shabby twilight of the town; and the self-conscious civic centre of buildings around the Unter den Linden, carefully arranged. Dinner at your own arrangements. THURSDAY 22 OCTOBER BERLIN Breakfast at the hotel. Full day guided tour of Berlin. The tour includes both the Old Court and West Germany. Visit Brandenburg Gate, the refurnished Reichstag Building and the restored State Opera House. Furthermore, you will see the Holocaust Memorial, the Checkpoint Charlie and the TV Tower on Alexanderplatz. Traditional lunch at a German local restaurant today. Board your tour coach which will remain with you until the 30 th of October. Transfer to Bath via Blenheim Palace. During this time in the West Country, your coach and driver will be available to visit places of interest to include the Cotswold villages such as Bourton on the Water, Chipping Campden, Upper and Lower Slaughter, Snowhill and Broadway. Arrive at noon where you will be met & escorted on a four hour orientation tour of Paris. 14 GULLIVERS SPORT TRAVEL - CONDITIONS OF BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY Gullivers Sport Travel Pty Ltd (which expression shall for the purpose of these conditions include and parents subsidiary affiliate or associated company and hereinafter shall be called the Company ) acts only as agents for the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines, or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contacts and tickets issued by the Company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for death of or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property or otherwise (including baggage) whether due to its servants agents or employees negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any accommodation transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, hijack, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or overbookings or defaults, or from any causes beyond the Company s control or through the acts of default of the hotels, airlines, bus or car companies, railroads, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or other services or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the Company nor its servants agents or employees shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice having regards to unforeseen circumstances, foreign exchange fluctuations and variations in airline operating costs including but not limited to say an escalation of fuel prices. Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour and/or modify the itineraries in any way it thinks desirable and further reserves the right to decline to accept any person or any tour and may substitute hotels where necessary. The issuance and acceptance or receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or travel orders shall be deemed consent to the above. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Tour Prices: The costs for all tours are based on current airline schedules, airfares and a minimum of 40 passengers traveling together on each tour coach. Land costs are based on an exchange rate of.52 (selling rate) against the UK Pound &.69 (selling rate) against the Euro. Tour costs shown are subject to alteration (up or down) due to exchange rate fluctuations and increases in land and air costs which arise prior to receipt of final payment. Costs will also depend on availability of hotels quoted on. Tour prices are sold as a complete package. Alterations and deviations during the tour itinerary will not be accepted. Reservations and Deposits: An initial deposit of $2, per tour member is required at the time of booking. An interim payment of $5, will be due no later than the 1st of October If the initial deposit is paid after the 1st of October 2014, the deposit will be $7, (payment 1 & 2). Balance of payment is due no later than the 1st of June Tax invoices will be issued prior to the relevant due dates late payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation and will be subject to cancellation fees. Deposit and payment conditions for extended travel arrangements will be advised when bookings are requested. Cancellation penalties: In the event that you are forced to cancel your reservation, your intention to do so must be notified to Gullivers Sport Travel in writing. The following cancellation penalties apply: Date of initial deposit up to 30 th September 2014: the cancellation fee is $ per person 1 st of October st of May 2015: the total cancellation fee is $ per person 1 st of June 2015 departure day: 100% of total tour cost per person After commencement of travel no refunds under any circumstances. It is imperative that comprehensive travel insurance is taken at the time of booking. Besides covering all medical and loss of baggage during the tour, the policy covers loss of deposit if you cancel due to medical reasons (see policy details). Gullivers Sport Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of 40 people is not reached. If this is the case you will either be allocated on an alternative tour or if not suitable a refund will be given. The tour leaders on each tour are confirmed at date of publication however if a tour leader is changed due to circumstances beyond Gullivers control, Gullivers cannot be held responsible for such change. Amendment Fee: Any person wishing to amend from the group tour arrangements before or after the tour package must notify Gullivers Sport Travel in writing and will be charged a standard $ amendment fee per person plus any additional charges involved with the amendment (increase in airfare, additional transfers, accommodation etc). Please note that your deviation may be subject to airline / supplier season changes and may incur additional costs, surcharges & taxes. Documentation: All passengers require a passport with minimum 6 months validity from your return date to Australia. Passengers traveling on a passport other than an Australian passport must advise Gullivers Sport Travel to ensure you meet visa requirements overseas and on your return to Australia. Visa requirements are the passengers own responsibility. Please ensure all names provided to us are as per the passengers passports. Baggage: Free baggage allowance one piece weighing maximum 20 kg (this may vary with some airlines) plus 1 cabin bag (piece) of 115cm with a maximum weight of 5kg per person (economy class). Luggage in excess of these limits will be charged at the appropriate excess baggage rates by the airline. Baggage is the responsibility of the passenger at all times (Travel Insurance is strongly recommended). Travel Insurance Protection: Travel insurance is strongly advised for all tour members. Brochures detailing coverage are available from Gullivers Sport Travel s preferred insurer and will be forwarded to you on request. Please note Travel Insurance will provide cover 12 months prior to departure. Accommodation: If you are wanting to share with another tour member we will endeavour to meet your request. However in the event that this it is not possible then the single room supplement must be paid. Airport Taxes (Departure, Arrival, Security & Government taxes etc): Are not included in the tour cost as they are continually changing ie. due to exchange rate fluctuations, adding & deleting of taxes etc. Taxes will be advised and payable at the time of final payment. Airline Surcharges & Levies: The current fuel surcharge has been included in the tour cost but is subject to change. Any of these charges imposed by the airline will be notified to you and payable at the time of final payment. Frequent flyer/mileage accrual: Some group airfares are not eligible to accrue frequent flyer points (due to discounted group airfares). Please advise your travel consultant if you are a member of the airlines associated frequent flyer program to see if your fare is eligible for frequent flyer point accrual. Travel Advisories : We strongly suggest that you consult the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT) website and register (either group or individual) so that you are kept up to date with any travel warnings or advisories that may be in place for your destinations ( You should also advise DFAT of your travel details such as date of departure and itinerary. Travel and Immunisations: It is essential that all tour participants discuss their personal travel plans with a health professional to ensure you have the correct vaccinations for your trip and any booster doses of childhood vaccinations you may need. Upon re-entry into Australia, Customs & Immigration will request a copy of your vaccination certificate if you have visited areas that have current health risks or hazardous diseases.
