From other locations we need to apply an add-on fare so contact us for details from your regional location. If you prefer to use a redemption ticket use the Land Only price noting that transfers at the beginning and the end of the tour are not included. Flexibility! Our included flight itinerary is flying from Australia to Nice and then home from London. You can however make variations by departing earlier or returning later. Today we transfer to Arles to board Avalon Scenery for welcome drinks followed by dinner and a night of rugby entertainment. DISEMBARK: BEAUNE-DIJON-PARIS After breakfast, disembark and head by coach to Beaune in the heart of Burgundy with its medieval houses, cobblestone streets and historical monuments. A wine tasting is included to sample the local Burgundy varieties before we board the TGV to Paris and the Pullman Montparnasse for 2 nights. With this Cruise we will book your flights into NICE in France (NCE). Transfers are then included to our featured hotel in Monaco. The main transfer will be from the arrival of the Emirates/Qantas flight from Dubai. If you have your own flights you need to pay for those transfers or make your own arrangements to get to the hotel in Monte Carlo. Different routings can be arranged with flights or trains to Nice and Monaco should this be required. If you take our pre tour package in London we will fly you to Nice. Frequent Flyer Numbers and Upgrades: If you are a frequent flyer please advise your membership number/s. Not all fares accrue mileage points and we will advise you of this as it can also depend on airline partners involved. If you are seeking an upgrade from one class to another we need to verify that the fare used is available for this service. It is essential we know this information from the outset. Deposits, Payment Terms and Deadlines: 1. An initial deposit of $2, per tour member is required to secure your match tickets and place on tour. For packages additional RWC Packages we require 50% as a non refundable deposit. All deposits will be requested within 3 working days of booking. It is recommended you book early to obtain your space on tour and to have priority throughout the process for us in servicing your flight requirements in November to get the best flights and seats to suit your needs. 2. An interim payment of $2, will be due no later than the 1st of October If the initial deposit is paid after the 1st of October 2014, the deposit will be $4, (i.e. Payments 1 & 2). 3. The applicable airline taxes/government fees in accordance with your airline and routing will be required within 3 working days of your final flight confirmation along with any fare differences or flight class upgrades. These amounts are in addition to any other payments for your tour or package and the main payment schedule. 4. The Final Balance of payment is due no later than the 1st of June Tax invoices will be updated with payments prior to the relevant due dates as mentioned above. Late payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation which will be subject to full cancellation fees. 5. Deposit and payment conditions for extended travel arrangements will be advised when bookings are requested. These are separate to the Rugby World Cup tour and package product.
