7 Registration The registration fee is your admission to the convention. Registrants will receive an official name badge that must be worn to gain admittance to the convention exhibit hall, official events, and to ride the shuttle buses. REGISTRATION FEES Booking Amount Rs. 30,000/- by Demand Draft in favor of SHAAN WORLD TRAVELS payable at NEW DELHI Booking will be on rst cum rst serve basis. At the time of booking please provide your club name, club number, your membership number and district number and your position in LCI record, so that proper registration can be done. Payment Schedule Booking Amount: Rs. 30,000/- By 1st February' 2016 OR at the time of submitting Visa Application: Rs. 35,000/- By 1st May' 2016: Rs. 40,000/- 30 days before departure: Full Payment Cancellation Policy Once Visa is issued booking amount will become non refundable. In case Visa is denied or even VISA is not applied Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) will be deducted from booking amount and balance will be refunded. In the event of cancellation of tour by any delegates following cancellation charges will apply in addition to above visa fee & Registration fee paid. 60 days or above to the departure: Rs. 50,000/- 59 days to 31 days to the departure: 50% of the Total Package Less then 30 Days or cannot travel due to any reason: 100% of the total Package (All cancellation requests has to be made in writing to our office for initiating the process) Note : The above price is based on minimum of 40 pax travelling together on one itinerary. The airfare & Dollar rate are taken as on date 7th December 2015 any changes in future will have its subsequent effect in the package price. The part of package for overseas ground arrangement will be taken in Dollar out of BTQ as per govt. regulation. The calculation of Dollar is Rs paisa a Dollar. However the exact rate of exchange will be applicable as per the date of actual payment. Shaan World Travels acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local tourist offices providing the services. the company is therefore not responsible for any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier of the person employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in providing the services. S. Sightseeing schedules and day to day itinerary may be changed should circumstance arise. 6. Shaan World Travels acts in its capacity as agent for and on behalf of passengers and cannot be held responsible for acts of commission of other parties. Shaan World Travels is not responsible for the circumstances arising out of natural calamities, airlines ight delay, strikes, breakdown of facility abroad, accidents etc. however caused. Any additional cost arising out of the above will have to be borne by the passengers. 7. Shaan World Travels facilitates the processing of visa and other travel formalities but is not responsible for refusals by Governments or Counselor office. 8. Passengers are advised to keep their passport, tickets and foreign currency and baggages safely. In case of loss of consequential problems and costs will have to be borne by the passenger as other passengers cannot be held back. Shaan World Travels cannot be held responsible for any such losses. 9. All matter arising are subject to Indian Law and subject to Delhi courts jurisdiction. 10. All refunds (if any) will be made as per policy after the convention is over.
