We underand that Lions Clubs International will work directly with the Agency to regier Lions for the convention and to secure accommodations. It is also underood that all convention confirmations will be mailed directly to the Agency and not to individual Lions. The Agency will be responsible for communicating all information directly to the Lions. In accordance with Lions Clubs International policy the Agency have agreed to abide by the policy as ated in the Tour Coordinator Information and Time Schedule. Our Multiple Dirict underands that Lions are not required to use the services of the approved Agency representing the Multiple Dirict. Lions can submit their housing and regiration reques directly to Lions Clubs International on an individual basis. Furthermore, we are aware that all reques for regiration and housing are honored on a fir-come, fir-served basis with proper payment and forms. Regirants will receive an official name badge that mu be worn to gain admittance to the convention exhibit hall, official events, and to ride the shuttle buses. REGISTRATION FEES Booking Amount Rs. 40,000/- by Demand Draft in favor of SHAAN WORLD TRAVELS payable at NEW DELHI Booking will be on r cum r serve basis. Before March 29, 2018 : In case you wish to cancel your booking please do so by this date as no refund of regiration will be entertained by LCI after this date. Payment Schedule Booking Amount : Rs. 40,000/- At the time of submitting visa application OR 1 Feb' 2018 whichever is earlier : Rs /- By 1 May days before departure : : Rs. 47,500/- Full payment Cancellation Policy Once Visa is issued booking amount will become non refundable In the event of cancellation of tour by any delegates following cancellation charges will apply in addition to above visa fee & Regiration fee paid. 60 days or above to the departure: Rs. 65,000/- 59 days to 31 days to the departure: 50% of the Total Package Less then 31 Days or cannot travel due to any reason: 100% of the total Package (All cancellation reques has to be made in writing to our office for initiating the process) Note : The above price is based on minimum of 40 pax travelling together on one itinerary. The airfare & Dollar rate are taken as on date 1 December' 2017 any changes in future will have its subsequent effect in the package price. The part of package for overseas ground arrangement will be taken in Dollar out of BTQ as per govt. regulation. The calculation of Dollar is Rs paisa a Dollar. However the exact rate of exchange will be applicable as per the date of actual payment.

Tour price is subject to change in case of alteration of airfare, exchange rates or increase in the co of services abroad including increase in taxes. 3. Airline involved is not responsible for land arrangement. 4. Shaan World Travels acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local touri offices providing the services. the company is therefore not responsible for any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier of the person employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in providing the services. 5. Sightseeing schedules and day to day itinerary may be changed should circumance arise. 6. Shaan World Travels acts in its capacity as agent for and on behalf of passengers and cannot be held responsible for acts of commission of other parties. Shaan World Travels is not responsible for the circumances arising out of natural calamities, airlines ight delay, rikes, breakdown of facility abroad, accidents etc. however caused. Any additional co arising out of the above will have to be borne by the passengers. 7. Shaan World Travels facilitates the processing of visa and other travel formalities but is not responsible for refusals by Governments or Counselor office. 8. Passengers are advised to keep their passport, tickets and foreign currency and baggages safely. In case of loss of consequential problems and cos will have to be borne by the passenger as other passengers cannot be held back. Shaan World Travels cannot be held responsible for any such losses. 9. All matter arising are subject to Indian Law and subject to Delhi courts jurisdiction. 10. All refunds (if any) will be made as per policy after the convention is over.
