5 MARCH /APRIL JBSC chair and Cincinnati Reds CEO Bob Castellini cuts the 10th anniversary cakes with help from children born in April 2008 with an able assist from city, county and state officials and Freedom Center leaders. Monday, April 2, 2018 was named The Banks Public Partnership Day in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Reds fans line Freedom Way for the parade of the mascots on Kids Opening Day. 5
6 MAY/JUNE Picnic time along the Ohio River never gets old! Hats Off Luncheon-goers enjoy fireworks on the riverfront. It s easy to take a virtual tour of The Banks with this new website feature released mid-year. 6

There are no local residency participation goals for the project. 80.1% SBE Professional Services Participation Goal: 10% Actual: 13.1% 131% of goal achieved Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal/ participation varied by project, between 4% and 9%. $5,687,667 paid to DBE contractors SAFETY Public Parties construction safety hours for Phase I, II and IIIA totaled 802,044 from January 1, 2008 through December 31, Developer construction safety hours for Phase I and II totaled 953,818 from January 1, 2008 through December 31, BUDGET Phase IIIA budget expended totaled 88.1% of the $29.3 million total through December 31, The Public Parties project work remained within budget.
