JEC was created in order to execute the captive co-generation project to produce 250 MW electricity and 510 tons per hour steam for Saudi Petrochemical Company (SADAF).

14 El Seif Group International Gases Company International Gases Company (IGC) is a joint venture between Sipchem and NPC for the purpose of building an industrial gases production facility. The plant was commissioned in 2006 and started operating in 2009, while the commercial production started in IGC produces Carbon Mono Oxide and Hydrogen which is converted into Ammonia. These gases are consumed by various industries in different processes. The designed capacity of the plant is to produce 340,000 ton / year of Carbon and approximately 60,000 ton / year of Hydrogen.
