6 Back up facilities for industry Development of the local aerodrome: full infrastructure including paved runway of 1100 m to be built by the end of 2013 Objectives: -certified training of pilots and aviation mechanics on large scale, -general aviation traffic development (air taxis, business jets, etc.), - back-up facilities for industry The Town offers 36 ha of sites included in the Special Economic Zone EURO PARK Mielec, with direct access to the runway

7 Krosno a proven partner Experience in private investment projects three-star hotel and chain store centre project called Galeria Portius. The project was successfully completed in the years It was based on the partnership of the municipality of Krosno and four private investors. Form of the project establishing a targeted partnership. The municipality contributed assets in kind in the form of an attractive plot to be the foundation of the project.

8 Cooperation offer new road connections in Krosno (ring roads) Preffered cooperation form: PPP contract (Build Operate- Transfer or Design Build Operate Transfer) Offered town contribution the land for the investment, the documentation completed, the annual payments for the management of the infrastructure Initial expectations from a private investor- financing the investment outlays, management of the completed roads for the period of ca. 30 years Assessed investment value: southern ring-road 14 m euro, eastern ring-road 21 m euro, northern ring-road 5.5 m euro, western ring- road 6.5 m euro 5 km 4.5 km

Suggested components of the investment project: - indoor skating rink, - health, bio regeneration, beauty and SPA centre, including indoor swimming pool and hotel facilities, - outdoor swimming pools complex, - tennis courts and tennis training walls, - badminton court, - skatepark, - climbing wall, - hotel and restaurant, - amfitheatre, playground, cycling lines.

Initial expectations form a private partner financing the investment outlays, erecting the facilities, their maintenance and management for the period of ca. 30 years.
