3 Cycle Tracks (Jersey) Order 2000 Article 1 CYCLE TRACKS (JERSEY) ORDER 2000 THE ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE, in pursuance of Articles 46 and 84 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law , orders as follows Commencement [see endnotes] 1 A way listed in column 1 of the table in the Schedule (a) (b) (c) shall be a cycle track; shall be used by pedal cycles only or, if described in column 3 of the table as shared, shall be used by pedal cycles and pedestrians; and shall be used in the direction indicated in column 4 of the table. 2 This Order may be cited as the Cycle Tracks (Jersey) Order Revised Edition 1 January 2016 Page - 3
