3 Conservation of Wildlife (Protected Plants) (Jersey) Order 2009 Article 1 CONSERVATION OF WILDLIFE (PROTECTED PLANTS) (JERSEY) ORDER 2009 THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Article 3 of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law , orders as follows Commencement [see endnotes] 1 Protected plants For the purposes of Article 3 of the Conservation of Wildlife (Jersey) Law , the plants listed in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed as plants which are to be protected. 2 Citation This Order may be cited as the Conservation of Wildlife (Protected Plants) (Jersey) Order Revised Edition 1 January 2015 Page - 3
