Summary Baseline Group provide security, medical, rescue and safety services, including emergency response and safety consulting. Our teams have extensive experience in the mining, oil & gas, marine and construction industry and are proud of our safety record in some of the most remote and challenging onshore and offshore locations. In addition to highly trained and experienced personnel we also offer services such as emergency response training, security vehicles, equipment, site specific guidelines (including Clinical, security and medical SOPs), security onsite training and specialised response and consulting in areas such as oil spill response, emergency services / response management, We have recently invested in our personnel upskilling them to the STWC-95 and BOSEIT qualifications to meet our growth in marine and offshore clients. We also have an ongoing program of dual-skilling our security, medical and emergency responders to further widen their ability to reduce client costs Description Baseline Group provide personnel and specialist support services both nationally. and internationally. Examples of the security, medical and rescue personnel include : Security Officers Security First Responders Emergency Services Officers Emergency Services / Security First Responders Medical Emergency Services Officers Remote Area Nurses / Paramedics / Doctors Safety / HSE Advisors Shutdown Teams Emergency Response trainers We provide for all stages of projects including : Exploration Construction Operations Shutdown Onshore and offshore experience We have successfully provided onshore clients such as FMG, BHP, Atlas Iron, Newmont, Northern Star Resources, WorleyParsons as well as offshore for Go Marine and EMAS on Chevron and Apache projects. We can operate a team under a self-managed arrangement or under the clients supervision. In addition to personnel we offer support services such as rescue vehicles, ER equipment, medical centers, medical supplies and poison permits. We understand that sites and projects never stop, so we operate a national 24 hour on call service for clients and employees. For our medical teams this includes 24 hour video and contact services to Perth based Doctors and specialists. Baseline Group is fully ISO accredited to ISO9001 (Quality), OHS/AS18001 (Safety) and ISO14001 (Environment). Baseline Group also holds a 03
