5 A. GENERAL MATTERS RELATED TO A1. Theme of Transformation, A Map Redrawn A2. Rules of the Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference will be organized and managed according to the rules of the Asia Petrochemical Industry Conference. A3. The APIC Hosting Manual for Steering Committee Member Associations The APIC Hosting Manual for Steering Committee Member Associations will be used as guidance. A4. Registration fee for US$600 per person: Participants from member associations US$700 per person: Others (including onsite registrations) A5. Language: English A6. Promotion of Official Website: B. SYSTEM AND SCHEDULE OF REGISTRATION B1. Registration 1. Participants from the country of steering committee member associations are requested to register through the member association 2. Participants from other countries are requested to register directly with the FTIPC or through website from December 16 th, 2013 and onwards B2. Registration process for member associations: 1. Each association is requested to send a list of participants to FTIPC in the form of an Excel sheet by March 7, FTIPC will inform a registration number to each participant 2. Cancelation will be accepted up to April 4, Registration fee cannot be refunded for cancelation made after April 4, Substitution of participants will be accepted without penalty. Each association is requested to inform FTIPC of any such changes using an Excel sheet 4

6 B3. Payment of registration fee: 1. Each association is responsible for collecting the registration fees including cancelation charges of participants 2. Each association is requested to make sure that participants can show their registration numbers at the reception desk 6. FTIPC will provide 3 free registrations for Chairperson and delegates of each member associations B4. Hotels Official Hotel: 1. FTIPC has made a provisional block of 356 rooms at Centara Grand hotel [check in on May 14 and check out on May 16]. The rooms will be allocated to priority participants who request hotel accommodation via member associations 2. FTIPC will reserve one executive suite room at Centara Grand Hotel for the chairperson of each association 3. Each association is requested to notify FTIPC: o the expected number of participants/delegates and rooms required by January 17, 2014 o the hotel room requests using the same Excel sheet for registration by March 7, FTIPC will allocate hotel rooms to the associations by March 14,

7 5. Each association will allocate hotel rooms to the individual participants and inform FTIPC of how they have been allocated 6. Participants will make reservation according to the allocation using the reservation ways (website link or reservation form) of the hotel 7. All hotel room reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card 8. The hotel will issue confirmation directly to each participant 9. Any reservation made by a participant whose details do not match with the rooming list may be rejected 10.
