NOTICE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION Bill for Annual Subscription for the Year 2019 raised on 30 Nov The details are as under:- Category Subs Rate per Month Full Year 2018 Serving/Mess/Indl/Out Stn/CGO/ 500/- 6000/- Life Member (Serving/Retd) Associate Members 500/- 6000/- Veterans above 70 Yrs 250/- 3000/- Veterans above 80 Yrs 100/- 1200/- Lady Members 400/- 4800/- 2. The above categories of members are requested to clear the dues through Bank Card / Cheque in favour of RSAOI Bangalore / Online. Note :- Members have two months (Dec 2018 & Jan 2019) to clear the Subs 2019 i.e. upto 31 Jan 2019 without penalty. Penalty in Feb 2019 will be Rs.500/- and after 28 Feb 2019 M/Ship will be terminated as per RSAOI Rules. COVER CHARGES Cover charges AGM and ECM decisions are as follows:- (i) AGM 18 June 2009 : - To meet the cost of maintenance of establishment Rs 100 is charged to all members who do not avail the facilities. In case of partial utilisation under Rs 100/- the balance amount will be charged as cover charge. However, coverage charges for the actual hospitalization period of a member is to be waived off. Further, members who are away from the country for more than six months period is to be waived off. Such member has to pay the coverage regularly and claim refund duly supported with travel proof. Thus the coverage charges was ratified in AGM 18 Jun (ii) ECM 03 OCT 2018 :- Based on point raised by some members travelling abroad and those above 80 yrs the issue of cover charge was discussed in ECM 03 Oct After deliberation the ECM reduced the mandatory min six months period to three months for waiving of cover charges. ARTICLE FOR TIDINGS It is proposed to publish interesting articles written / contributed by members and their families in the Tidings starting from 01 Jan Members may forward their articles upto 500 Words for consideration by the management. Members are requested to bring own containers and bags for take-aways. Your co-operation is solicited. HAPPY THURSDAYS On Thursdays, RSAOI offers discount of 20% on all Catering/Food items including starters consumed at Restaurants & Bars. However the discount is not applicable on items of Beverages & other BAR items and Take Aways. It causes inconvenience to other members and families. Groups of more than 8 members upto 15 members may book a place at discounted rates ranging from Rs /-. Guest entry for non members as per norms is mandatory. ENTRY OF GUESTS 1. Members should accompany their guests into RSAOI. 2.
