These notes record our understanding of items discussed and decisions made at this meeting. Please notify us within seven (5) calendar days of any necessary additions or corrections. The group met as a follow-up to meeting 7 to discuss revised options A and B. These were sent prior to the meeting for staff review. 2. Both options had saw-tooth bay windows facing the central corridor to better allow the offices to function and bay windows allow better display. Dave recommended that the saw-tooth be deleted and a straight curtain wall be incorporated. 3. Option A was preferred. The Web pick-up was moved west adjacent to the elevator with likely less SF. The secure storage closet to south was deleted/moved into other storage. The text book area was enlarged. The kitchen/break-room was removed, simplified, and moved to the office area. Customer service will be a movable desk/counter in lieu of an enclosed area with walls. The front display areas / general merchandize area should be opened up by moving the cashier north and consolidating the offices. 4. The exiting was discussed 5. The lower level was discussed. The east service corridor will be removed. The group reviewed the elevator location, exiting, and access for deliveries. 6. ext steps a. Legat is continuing to develop infrastructure and interiors surrounding the bookstore. b. Legat will update and refine options A and B.3 and forward to CLC for review prior to the next meeting. 7.
