LOW VISIBILITY PROCEURES (LVP) LVP shall be in force when RVR or visibility indicates less than 550m or when ceiling less than 200'. uring LVP operations pilots are required to use full length departure from the CT III RWY and associated holding position. Warning: rrival CFT vacating RWY 3L via TWY shall not turn directly onto TWY G or, but shall continue taxiing eastbound on TWY towards TWY 4. For RWY 3L: - Follow-me vehicle will guide departing CFT from their parking apron to drop-off positions on TWY E5 or TWY for further TC instructions. - Landing CFT shall vacate RWY 3L to the Left via TWY E6, TWY E4, TWY E3, TWY E2 or to the Right on TWY 4. - From TWY 4 arriving CFT may turn right to stop bar P on TWY or proceed straight on TWY 4 and turn left onto TWY C to a Follow-me vehicle pick-up point on TWY 2. - Pilots shall expect to follow the greens to the first stop bar for Follow-me vehicle pick-up. - Follow-me vehicle will guide arriving CFT from the pick-up point to the parking stand. For RWY 3R: - Follow-me vehicle will guide departing CFT to a stop bar on TWY E6 or at stop bar CP4 on TWY C. - Pilots shall expect to follow the greens to the holding point on TWY 8. - Landing CFT shall expect to vacate RWY 3R via TWY 0, TWY 8, TWY 6 or TWY. - fter vacating RWY 3R via TWY, TWY 6, TWY 8 or TWY 0 pilots shall expect to follow greens to Follow-me vehicle pick-up point on TWY 2, TWY 4 or at stop bar P on TWY. - Follow-me vehicle will then guide arriving CFT from pick-up point to the allocated parking stand. TXI PROCEURES Minimum RVR 50m is required for taxiing under automated lighting between RWY and designated pick-up or drop-off positions on TWYs 2, 4,, E2, E3, E4, E6, E5 and on sections of TWYs C and at stop bars CP4 and P. Minimum VIS 75m is required while CFT are being guided by Follow-me vehicle between aprons and designated drop-off or pick-up positions on TWYs 2, 4,, E2, E3, E4, E6, E5 and on sections of TWY C and TWY at stop bars CP4 and P. TWYs E3, E3B, E4S and E4N not available for CFT with wingspan greater than 8'/36m. CUTION: Soft shoulders at TWY intersections..4. PRKING INFORMTION ll stands equipped with Visual ocking System. Push-back is mandatory on all stands. 2. SPEE CONTROL URING FINL PPROC Pilot should typically expect the following speed control to be enforced by TC during final approach: - 80 KTS:0 NM from touchdown KTS: 4 NM from touchdown. 2. RRIVL 2.2. CT II/III OPERTIONS RWY 3L and RWYs 3L/R approved for CT II/III operations, special aircrew and CFT certification required RWY OPERTIONS MINIMUM RWY OCCUPNCY TIME igh intensity RWY operations require all CFT to exit RWY at the fastest speed commensurate with safety. Extended RWY occupancy may result in the following CFT being sent around. Pilots should pre-plan their landing and roll-out to target their planned exit TWY (unless a specific TWY has been assigned by TC) that provides for a safe and expeditious exit from the RWY, to reduce delays and maximise utilisation at all times. rriving CFT are not to stop on any RWY exit awaiting instructions from Ground Movement Control. If a landing CFT cannot contact BU BI Ground due to frequency congestion, the pilot shall fully vacate the RWY and hold position until contact with BU BI Ground can be established. Pilots not able to comply with these requirements shall notify TC as soon as possible REUCE RWY SEPRTION MINIM (RRSM) GENERL Special landing procedures may be utilized, at bu habi Intl for RWY 3L/3R and RWY 3R/3L. It is essential that aircrew adhere to paragraph MINIMUM RWY OCCU- PNCY TIME to reduce RWY occupancy times and ensure the efficiency of operations during RRSM.

The surveillance system that provides the controller with position information shall be utilized in combination with visual means and shall be serviceable at all times. - Wake turbulence separation minima shall be applied. - Minimum separation continues to exist between two departing CFT immediately after take-off of the second CFT. - In order to ensure that the preceding CFT vacates the RWY in a timely manner, the pilot shall be advised of the exit at which to plan to vacate RRSM PROCEURE When the RWY-in-use is temporarily occupied by other traffic, landing clearance may be issued to an arriving CFT, provided that the controller has reasonable assurance that the following separation distances/criteria will be met when the landing CFT crosses the RWY TR: Landing following landing: - RWY 3L/3R The preceding landing CFT has landed and has vacated the RWY; or has passed a point at least 7874 /m from the TR of the RWY (abeam TWY Z for RWY 3L; midway 8 and 0 for RWY 3R); and is in motion and will vacate the RWY without stopping and/or backtracking. - RWY 3R/3L The preceding landing CFT has landed and has vacated the RWY; or has passed a point at least 7874 /m from the TR of the RWY (intersection of igh Speed Exit TWY E0 and E2 for RWY 3R; intersection of Rapid Exit TWY E7 and E8 for RWY 3L); and is in motion and will vacate the RWY without stopping and/or backtracking. STRT-UP N PUS-BCK eparting CFT shall contact elivery to confirm receipt of TC clearance via ata Link or to obtain the TC clearance via voice only when fully ready to push back and start. The following information should be passed: - CFT callsign; - CFT type, and for CFT in the heavy wake turbulence category the word "eavy"; - Parking stand; - Ready to push and start. elivery will issue TC clearance to CFT ready for push-back and start. Pilot will then be instructed to monitor BU BI Ground () and standby for TC call TXIING GENERL Cockpit and security checks shall be completed prior to reaching RWY holding point. CFT shall be ready for departure on reaching RWY holding point, unless otherwise stated. Pilots are reminded to pay particular attention to conditional line-up clearances to avoid RWY incursions. Pilots shall ensure, commensurate with safety and standard operating procedures and on receipt of an appropriate TC clearance, that they are able to taxi into the correct position and line up on the RWY as soon as the preceding CFT has commenced its take-off run or its landing roll. Cockpit checks and cabin readiness shall be completed before line-up and any checks requiring completion on the RWY shall be kept to a MIM. On receipt of take-off clearance, pilots shall commence take-off without delay. Pilots not able to comply with these requirements shall notify TC as soon as possible.
